Impressive product and great costumer support!

I've been using ROK electronic cigarettes since Novomber 2011 and was happy ever since. E-cigs are reasonably priced and cartomizers have good taste (although from my personal experience, traditional tobacco cartomizers have the best taste, others are not very pleasant).

There is a customer review system which allows you to review and rate the product that you bought from ROK. There is also a bonus system which gives you points from buying products and using these points to buy new stuff with a discount (or even for free if you get enough points).

You can pay using RBS WorldPay or PayPal.

Overall: very satisfied.
