products great...courier used...awful!
The products we bought were really good value for money and are pleased with the products them selves. However, the delivery service through TNT was awful, no co-ordination, poor customer relations and a waste of time. 3 days they attempted delivery, first of all they said their lorry couldnt get up to our house, yet that morning we'd had a crane delivering goods, and we were not informed of any attempt to deliver, the following day, they put the goods on to a truck without the facilities (so they said) to take it off the van(they said they needed a palet lifter), and when we informed them we wouldnt mind having the palet split they said they were not allowed to, they then put on their system that delivery was not able to be made due to time delays which was pure bo***x. the following day they were unable to give us a ETA, even though we were promised one the night before, they said "around lunchtime" after my wife called them back for the 3rd time(as theyd not called back as promised). The delivery driver was then seen eating his lunch (no problem with that as they obviously need breaks but after waiting for him to deliver an hour and 15 mins after seeing him parked up is taking the p**s a little!..the wife then drove up to the van and asked him to deliver the goods, he then had to split the palet and physically hand the goods to me, not a palet lifter in sight, yet we were informed we were unable to do that the day before. Roofing Superstore, were unaware of the problems after the initial delivery delay. I have no doubt that Roofing Superstore are a good retailer, but their choice of courier may need altering. Id give roofing superstore 5 stars but TNT no stars.

item was exactly as ordered and delivery was bang on time stated. I appreciated the call 24 hours prior to confirm delivery date and time. Also the staff at the other end of the phone when i had a question was very helpful and courteous. Thankyou very much.

Fast delivery, would use again.
I phoned them for advise on the product I needed before I placed the order.The advise was double checked with the product suppier and my call returned within 5 mins. I placed the order on a Thursday,and part of the order arrived within 24 hours.I had also received a phone call with an appology that the main part of my order couldn't be delivered until Tuesday as it was a bank holiday.When it did arrive the driver was very helpful and placed the order where directed in our back garden.The remaining items arrived on the following Thursday,we knew these would take longer as they were not a 'stock' size.This driver was also helpful and left the product with a neighbour as it needed to be signed for and we had to go out..We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have all ready recommended them to friends.

Great service from roofing staff - Jason and Gareth at Roofingsuperstore - could not have been more helpful re difficulties with their courier - which amounted to serious issues.
After processing my order with Roofingsuperstore delivery was arranges for Wed and confirmed. The courier alleged that they had delivered the goods and left a card to that effect at 19.00 hrs on Wednesday. They did neither but reported back that they had attempted delivery. They had not and misled the Roofingsuperstore staff.
I believe that the Roofing material supplier has been in contact with their courier and that their delivery system has been modified. Delighted to hear that and maybe next time they will get it right.
Once again, I would re-iterate that the Roofingsuperstore staff behaved entirely professionally and their their very best to redeem an extremely poor service from the courier.

Clearer product info on roof lights would be useful
I ordered some 94cm x 55cm Velux windows for a pitched roof and when they arrived I was surprised at how small the glass panes were relative to the overall size. I understand the industry standard is to quote external frame sizes, but dimensions of glass would be useful too, in order to get an idea of how chunky the frames are.

Excellent advice, service and delivery
I had never fitted bitumen shingles before so while this was a small job I needed advice from the outset. The salesman I spoke to was very helpful and I ordered what I needed. The products arrived as promised within 3 days and were exactly as expected.
My only gripe would be that the quoted square metreage of 3m2 per pack is in fact much less once you have used several tabs to 'dress' the edges of the roof. I overordered at the outset and was glad I did. The actual metreage i needed was 9 or three packs, but I used all four packs to complete the roof as recommended.
So order a bit more and you'll be fine. Other than that, great product, great company and I will certainly use Roofing Superstore again. Thanks

The ordering and delivery process was excellent with all packages arriving within the stated timescales. The quality of the products look excellent but as yet I have not installed them.
With this excellent service along with receiving good advice from the sales staff I would definitely use this company again.

Good quick service but delivery an issue
I would have really appreciated knowing in advance when goods were going to be delivered as the first lot came and it was lucky someone was around to receive it. If I'd known that the order would be split and delivered by different companies I would also have delayed the delivery of the really bulky items. Very good service though and very helpful on the phone. Will use again.

Highly recommended
I found the website easy to navigate, and within minutes of completing my order a company representative was on the phone to check that I had made the right colourway choice.
Little touches like that stand out.
I am not planning to do more roofing anytime soon, but if I was Roofing Superstore would be my first port of call.

Good service deliveries on time, reasonble price 10/10 , a little dissapointing to get the order in drips and drabs 8/10 , I received the same goods twice , their mistake, when I told them they arranged pick up promptly but no thanks!!!!!!!!! Pity really.0/10

Not to be slated!
Well the choice of items with regard to renovating my sash windows was comprehensive and the ordering was easy. Delivery was extremely quick as well and the products were very good quality.

Excellent customer service
Wide range of roofing materials, quick order updates. You might get your items faster then it stated on their website and choose am delivery (if you ask a member of the sales team in advance), but the delivery cost is very high! Deliveries are always on time. Also we had to return some items so they were fully refunded with no questions (although the postage was on us)
On the negative side: there is no description for some items on the website and sometimes even staff don't have correct information on a product.
Plus we received some roofing felt not as ordered - the manufacturer and the color of the items were different from those on the website.
Overall: good company, definitely would recommend

I was looking for roofing materials to complete a job; roofing superstore had every thing I needed at better rates than local merchants including delivery costs!
I used their help line for assistance on materials that I hadn't used before and the advise was great. Delivery by courier was very efficient.
I wouldn't hesitate using this web site again. Brilliant.

A great service
As an ordinary 'civilian' /not in the trade, I got good and friendly advice on the phone. I got a good idea about when my stuff would arrive and the man who delivered it was friendly and helpful. I don't expect to re-roof a shed again but I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company.

What a great company to work with
Really good company to work with and I don't normally write reviews but just had to let people know how good these people are. I sent an order to them and received the tiles two days later. Having started the job realized that I had under ordered and so ordered 2 more packs which were ordered on a Sunday and delivered at 9am Tuesday. I also looked around for the best price for my tiles and these were the cheapest out there. Would recommend them to anyone.

They blew the roof off!! :-)
I had to refelt the roof.
After looking at the site I settled for Shingles after seeing a super video that showed how easy it was! (Well if you know what you are doing!)
The order arrived quickly and the products were great.
My roofing skils were not great but I managed to do an ok job and the roof now looks wonderful.
I hope to never use your site again, because i hope the roof will last a long time! :-)
