Excellent service all round
I am very pleased with this shopping experience. Pre ordering advice from Roofing Superstore was helpful and I didn't feel I was being treated like an idiot. I was kept informed about the progress of my order and it arrived within 4 days after ordering. I also found the website helpful with PDF fitting instructions. On top of all this, if I had gone to one of the national DIY stores I would have spent another £100. Many thanks Roofing Superstore

Roofing shingles were for shed gable end that was leaking slightly with all the rain we had - put them on and it stopped it dead in its tracks

I needed to order a good quality breathable roofing felt for my builders who are building my extension. I had decided to source the materials for the build myself to cut costs and this website made it clear what I was ordering and so I got what I wanted at the best price I could find and it was delivered within a couple of days.

Great service from a company that cares
Ordered goods online, a few minutes later I received a phone call telling me some of the items were not compatible to be used together so did I wish to change an item. This saved me a whole lot of trouble, it takes a company that cares to provide such service. Delivered on time with correct quantities.

Delivery was brilliant, product not so good!
The product arrived within 24 hours, - excellent!
The product was advertised as 20Kg roll 10 M X 1 M mineral roofing felt for sheds. i.e. 2 Kg per square meter.
I had two rolls and both rolls only weigh 15 Kg each.
So, unless they are only 7.5 Meters long each then the specification quoted is not correct.

Cheap but slow.
I made an order of disc rivits and 25mm aluminium clouts. Over a week later I got my delivery but the aluminium was substituted with copper. Cant complain on that front as they were more expensive but the delivery time is unacceptable.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for the delay on your delivery. Usually this order would've been delivered within 2-3 days latest. Unfortunately on this occasion, our manufacturer did not inform us that they were actually out of stock of the item. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is not our usual level of service.

Good service apart from delivery issues.
Very responsive, order received quickly.
Truck delivering order was too large to access country lanes - items had to be trans-shipped by me!
Order received was one item short (20 of 21 roof panels received) .
Subsequent delivery of missing item by courier was quick, but item was damaged when received.

Good price and prompt delivery
I bought 3 VELUX items from Roofing Superstore and they were 17% cheaper than buying direct from VELUX UK. Delivery was about a week later on the day they promised in their email. My only slight disappointment was that I'd requested, if possible, an afternoon delivery but the items arrived in the morning so my wife had to sign for them. If afternoon delivery was always going to be impossible, it would have been nice if Roofing Superstore had emailed me to say so. However given their good price, prompt delivery and delivery on the day promised, I feel Roofing Superstore still deserve 4 stars overall.

Would have helped if my name appeared on package
The item received was well packed and delivered in good time, however, I requested that it was delivered to my work place - the package did not have my name on it and my facilities manager had to open it up and try and find out who it was meant for - the company he called could not provide the details. He said he spent quite some time trying to get to the bottom of it - so I wasnt popular. Other than that I am happy with the product.

REVIEWING ONE DAMAGED BOX
The delivery arrived on the date promised the 9th May 4 boxes were delivered 1 box was damaged we made a note on the delivery note given to driver. We had a qualified roofer on site who fitted the 2 velux windows which came in perfect condition but 1 of the 2 boxed Slate Flashing was all bent the roofer had already fitted the windows and it was pouring with rain then came the problem the 2nd box was all bent he had NO choice but to put on the bent flashing otherwise the room would have been flooded, I rang the Sales on the 10th May I am waiting for them to contact me as the bent flashing needs replacing I now will have to pay the roofer to come back to sort out the problem

A simple order delivered promptly.
My order was for just 4 smallish rolls of lead. The price was as good as any and the delivery only £20 for it all. The order was placed late Thursday afternoon and despatched early afternoon on the Monday. That's quite a decent turn around.
The real test would have been if there had been any issues but there weren't any so I'm very happy and would use them again.
