buying my son's bed from here was a good call. The price was very reasonable as compared with other retailers. Also the bed was delivered direct from the manufacturers by themselves. What more can you ask for. Very Pleased.

Brilliant company I would highly recommend.
Not only was the bed I chose the cheapest on the internet, but I received absolutley first class service. Nothing was too much trouble, and I received almost instant replies to every question I asked. I havent had this level of good old fashioned first class service for a long time. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic
I spoke to Andy over the telephone as needed some information before I ordered. He was very helpful. I placed my order. I came when it was due. I ordered 2 x Barcelona mid sleepers for my boys. They are over the moon. Beds are solid, and look great. Thank you. Service was great, so was products.

If only all purchases were as good as this
There is usually at least one thing that is not right or not what I expected when you purchase something of this nature - however - with this particular product everything was spot on and I cannot fault anything.
From ordering on line, to the delivery (which was in a matter of a few days) to everything being assembled there would be nothing that I could say I was dissapointed or unhappy about.
The bed, cupboard, drawers, desk and chair were exactly how they were described and were very simple to put together.

Solid Product
Delivery was very good, as the day could be chosen and they delivered as promised on that day without any problems and it wasn't delivered really late, so we didn't have to wait in all day.
Product is made from solid hard wood and the quality of wood is excellent. The dimensions of product are exactly as described. With a bit of wax the roller works really well and our daughter loves the desk.
There are two slight negatives. Firstly, the price! This was the cheapest place we could find to buy this desk, but only by £10 as there seems to be a serious lack of competition. Yet we still felt it was expensive and consider it a bit of a luxury, which is not ideal considering it is for a young child who will probably scribble on it and not treat it with the proper care.
Secondly, while the wood is top quality, the fixings are poor. It was easy enough to assemble, but the alignment of some of the pre-drilled holes was a bit off and and it was a shame that some good prefab jointing had not been applied. With good quality joints this would have made the price feel better too.
Focussing on the positives, it is a sturdy item once assembled, so won't tip over and does look lovely.

Love the Bed !!!!
After a very easy ordering system on line, I received my daughters New Bed on the day requested, however the delivery did arrive a little later in the day than expected, but what a result ! it was on the day selected !

great quality
We ordered the tall boy for my daughters nursery. My friend has it so I had seen it and knew she was very pleased with it. It was quickly delivered and easy enough to put together. It is very sturdy and is perfect for items like underwear, socks and tops!

one piece of wood was faulty... no problem we just rang them up and they sent another one straight out. there was no hassle. Oh and they were alot cheaper than anywhere else. What more can you ask for?

Quick delivery and great customer service
The price was very competitive, over £200 cheaper than a local furniture store. I like to support local traders but this price difference actually enabled us to buy the bed we wanted, where previously it was out of our price range. The website was easy to use and the bed was delivered directly from the distributor - Julian Bowen. Assembly took a day for all the components but everything is very solid when built - very happy with quality. The wardrobe side panels had become stuck together within the packaging which caused damage to the paintwork when the parts were prised apart. Contacted rooms4kids via e-mail and replacement parts were delivered quickly with no fuss.
Good prices and good service, will use again when required.

Fantastic value for money
This bunk bed was recommended by a family member who has purchased a set for her children. After looking for a sturdy bunk bed but not costing the earth this was a brilliant buy. It was delivered very promptly and my husband put it together very easily. It is very sturdy for my two boisterous boys!!! Overall a fantastic buy

Excellent product
Bought for my 5 year old. Extremely fast service, delivered by Julian Bowen delivery van as opposed to courier which was good! Took 2 to 3 hours to build. Quality is extremely good. Would recommend.

Ordered bunk beds for my kids. Very reasonable price (about £100 less than the equivalent at Ikea and other stores I tried). Bed delivered very quickly and was good quality, very sturdy. Would definitely buy from them again!

forget all the rest, these are the best
just has a full bedroom suite off them, spent over £2k and was i got was a top rate setup, some of the best range id seen, went for the Josephine range and tbh have never seen better, the colour and quality is 2nd to none, build quality must be seen to be believed, it's no way light weight stuff mind you, it's solid and heavy but well worth it, the owner of the website always keeps you informed and handles the order from start to finish with a professional quality and was a pleasure dealing with, have already recommended them to friends who are buying from him as i type. great service, even better prices and quick delivery, can't say any thing else tbh

Quality product that will last years
Excellent service from Andy in Sales and Allison at Julian Bowen. The Barcelona cabin bed looks great. My nephew (I cheated, he's a joiner) put the cabin bed together - he mentioned that the screws for the chest of drawer handles weren't quite long enough so he used different ones. I would definatelty use this company again.

Rooms4kids is an excellent company. We ordered one day and the bed was delivered the next! I thought I was too late to order so rang up and was greeted by friendly staff. A manager rang me back quickly and advised me that they could help me with my last minute request (other companies were not willing to be so flexible and so lost a sale). The bed arrived as promised the next day. The bed is good quality and sturdy (a mid sleeper so very important). The bed was a very good price compared to others of a similar type. Rooms4kkids have the beds in stock where they say they do, are clear about their delivery times and stick to them. They give you a confirmation email with tracking details. The company they use are easily contacted by phone if you want to check whether it will be am or pm. Our son loves his new bed and I have no hesitation in recommending Rooms4kids to others and indeed will be a return customer in future! Thank you Rooms4kids!

Couldn't fault a thing
I placed my order online, I phoned about a week later just to check all was ok as I parted with a large amount of money and always worry a bit when you I haven't spoken to a human being. They couldn't have been more helpful. My delivery went very smoothly and after a weekend of building, sore hands & a few swear words I now have a wonderful sleep station for my son who also loves it. Top Notch Service!!!
We ordered a small chest of drawers and wardrobe from Rooms4kids and the service was brilliant. I spoke to them on the phone and was going to go for next day delivery at a cost but was advised to take their normal delivery as the furniture would be "more cared for". The furniture arrived very soon and in tact and I saved a fortune too as I got the name of the furniture from a local furniture sales outlet and it would have cost twice the price had I ordered it there.
I would not hesitate to order anything from this company again and would highly recommend them.

excellent product, good service
We searched for the best price on the Wendy mid-bed from a reliable source, and we chose Rooms4Kids. I was worried when I got no confirmation email. After a week I chased and was told I'd receive a call from another company who will deliver. Started having real doubts about this, when the guy said that if you miss their call you'll have to call them which would be difficult! Great!, I thought. No pressure. Luckily I did talk to the delivery company and the bed arrived two days later. It came in 3 pieces, 2 quite heavy ones, and with very clear instructions. It said you needed 2 to build it but I managed to do it solo, with some judicial balancing of pieces. It takes a couple of hours, but the quality is excellent, miles ahead of IKEA, and everything fits together snuggly and lines up properly. A pleasure to build and our son was delighted. He happily sleeps on top and even underneath, which makes a fantastic den or camp. Very happy with the service and especially the product.

Really helpful, there was a misunderstanding with the delivery date and rooms4kids rang me back within 10 minutes with courier details for the next day (date originally booked) Couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. Now have one very happy 7 year old who loves her new cabin bed. Really sturdy and gives loads of extra storage in a small room. Will definitely use Rooms4kids again, our other daughter now wants one!

Good price, good bed
We got the bed we wanted at the best price we could find. Delivery was a littel tricky as we were limited on the days we could accept delivery and we could not request a date and have it guaranteed without extra payment, however we requested a non guaranteed date and it was honoured. The bed was easy to assemble and seems to be of very good quality. Our 7 year old is very pleased with it

Good Price, friendly service, good problem resolution
I ordered a bed and received the confirmation email on a Sunday, with a delivery booked for the following Friday. By the Thursday I had received no shipping confirmation. I called and was told that they had no record of the order. Initially the conversation was rather frosty, but in fairness this was resolved quickly and amicably. Rooms4kids shipped the bed on Saturday and they covered the carriage as I needed it urgently.
all in all, I'm pleased with the bed and the service.
