well worth it
Bought a couple of different pencils and scissors ect for my 6 yr old grandaughter pencil control and writting has improved and her confidence please make sure the teacher is AWARE that your child is left handed being told to hurry up and stop being clumsy is not helpful

Fantastic product,rubbish ordering site
I tried to order 3 items before Christmas but could not get back into the site having to exit it early before completing my order. I emailed the company to explain this and it still took me several attemps. I finally got to complete the transation but sadly missed the Christmas post and therefore had to give my gift after New Year. Thankfully they loved the items. I think the ordering process on the website needs to be looked at.

Expensive items, super speedy service.
I bought 3 items, which were all considerably more expensive than their righthanded equivalents. Not sure how this is justified and I bought them anyway and it's good to have them!

Small things that make life more convenient
I've bought two pairs of scissors for my boyfriend- he had troubles with regular scissors all his life, work with paper and dealing with his nails were quite annoying things.
He was very pleased with my present :)

First time I've used your site, but I knew it was good as Amazon had a link to your site, which usually means good. Amazon also had their own LH scissors, but not as easy to follow, and they had some RH scissors in a LH scissors sort!

Nothing like the picture
I ordered the cake slice to replace one my Mother had had for years. When it arrived it was not the item in the picture but is probably longer lasting as the handle is all in one with the blade.

RU-Lefthanded-we will solve your problems if we can
My grandson had complained that he has to always use right handed tools. Being left handed it seemed impossible to solve his need until we discovered RU-lefthanded. Problem solved. Excellent service and if anything you have ordered is out of stock you are contacted and offered a suitable alternative from someone who is serious about what they are doing. All in all excellent customer service and a reasonable choice of products.

rubbish website
my wife ordered some pens for our daughter , she used an incorrect name on a credit card , got an email saying order not authorised by bank , tried to pay over phone but unable , told to re-order goods , did that but had to create new account as was unable to edit existing account that my wife set up , ordered again and goods turned up next day , great service but really bad website , not user-friendly at all .

FANTASTIC!!!!!!!
The delivery time was excellent - next day service! There are a lot of items I never thought were produced for left handers, which makes it an ideal company to buy everyday things and presents for friends and family who are also left handed. For people who struggle to find the item they need to make life easier, especially children (scissors, knives etc), this is the place to go to find exactly what you need.
The people at the end of the phone are charming and very helpful so all in all it's a wonderful company to shop with.

Excellent delivery service - Customer Service poor
The delivery was excellent, received my item as promised next day. However, I did have a problem when ordering my item via the internet (somehow I managed to order x 2 keyboards when I wanted just 1). I tried to telephone the Customer Service to cancel the extra order but had to leave a voice message. After a few hours and not having a call back I went online and requested a callback via their website. To this day I still have not had a callback! Therefore, the Customer Service could be vastly improved. All in all I probably would use again as their products are good quality and not too expensive.
