Had no confirmation from yourselves of purchase and delivery seems to be taking forever.
I feel security for card payments is'nt secure as no details were asked for . Which is worrying . Delivery should be quicker and some notification of purchase should be emailed so i know you have my order. Lots to improve on . Thank you

I have taken a look into your customer account but I'm rather puzzled when you mean that "no details were asked for." Our website is secure (see the padlock in the corner of the payment page and depending on the credit card, customers will be taken to their own bank page to complete the transaction.) We do send automated e-mails, but if ever yours happened to be lost in cyberspace, do know that you can see this information in your customer account in the section "My Orders."
