Good customer service to overcome poor email comms
Unfortunately I had to phone Rubbersole's very helpful customer services several times as none of the emails they sent from their system reached me (not even in my spam folder) so I had no idea if they had received my order or dispatched. This was then compounded by the fact that I needed an exchange for a different size and the returns label didn't come through either. Otherwise a positive shopping experience.
