Poor, been a week paid for speedy delivery but shoes still haven't arrived after week.

I understand that I placed my order over New year but Rubbersole still allowed me to pay extra for a speedier delivery although it has been a week and shoes still haven't arrived. Lets hope that they fit when they finally do arrive or will be very frustrating. Placing the order was easy and gave you a tracking no which does help to know at what stage your shoes are at delivery wise.
Main reason for being unhappy is company taking extra payment for supposed speedier delivery but not living up to it.

    Hello Sharon,

    I have taken a look at your order, and confirm that you had paid for UPS Standard delivery, for £4.00, for a delivery within 3-5 working days from despatch. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

    You placed your order on 28th December, and it was shipped from our warehouse on 31st December (1-2 working days preparation).

    According to your UPS tracking, your parcel is currently out for delivery today, the 4th January, which would be the 3rd working day from despatch and therefore on time.

    If when you receive your shoes they do not suit you for any reason, we would be more than happy to assist you in returning them to us free of charge for either a different size (if we have that size in stock) or for a full refund!
