Item took 12 working days to arrive, I was getting worried so checked with on line tracker, which couldn't find anything listed as going to my address although item was marked as dispatched. Even more worried now, I rang customer number and was on hold for 30 mins before I gave up, then completed query form online. Had email confirmation that I would be contacted shortly, but had received no response to request when item arrived 2 days later. Item is great, received well packed but disappointed in time taken to arrive and company failure to respond to my request's for information. Glad I paid with paypal!!!

If you had tried to contact us on the phone on either the 7th or the 8th January and had no joy, I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused as we had had hundreds of calls and support tickets those two days.
If you had written us a support ticket, we may have gotten back to you only on the 9th January, when the call volume had gone down a bit. In normal time, we do reply within 1-2 business days, sometimes within minutes and have tried our best to reply rapidly to our customers in the order that the support tickets were sent to us.
