I paid extra to receive my shoes in 3 days. I have ordered Monday morning and Friday is the due delivery date. I noticed the shoes were only sent to the courier service on the 16th when I ordered on the 14th. Why pay extra? I could send a parcel home to Dublin in less time and not using a courier. They have a good selection of shoes so will probably use again but will not order something I intend wearing at the end of the week.
Thanks for your response. Terms and conditions or not it is still very slow. I bought a shirt and jeans at the same time as ordering the shoes from you and as I did not need them to wear out this weekend I did not pay extra for delivery and got standard delivery. They both arrived yesterday and I'm still waiting for yours after paying a courier service fee. Reading through other reviews your delivery service needs to be improved. And even if I paid for next day delivery as you mentioned it would still take three days as it takes two for you to send them to the courier.

I have taken a closer look into your customer account. I do see that your order was placed on the early afternoon of 14th January with our UPS Standard service which is 1-2 business days of preparation and 3-5 business days from despatch to arrive as stated on our terms and conditions on our website.
We did take 2 business days to prepare your item and shipped it out on Wednesday the 16 January. Tracking shows that your parcel will be delivered no later than Friday the 18th January, only 2 business days from despatch, so your parcel will arive on time.
If you needed your parcel even faster than this, you may have wished to inquire about our UPS Express delivery service.
