I did not receive any email acknowledgement of the order. I also didn't get any email to confirm despatch. It's something that most other online companies do automatically to keep people informed. The worst part was that the boots were delivered and left by the front door in a pile of wet snow. I was at work so the box soaked up all the moisture plus the box could have been stolen. There was also no card through the door or anything to say it was delivered. There was obviously no attempt to find a secure place to leave the parcel, yet next to the front door is a gate leading to the back garden and a greenhouse where it could have been left and which is where other couriers put stuff.

As stated to other Trustpilot reviewers, we have been having some trouble having our automated e-mails received to hotmail and btinternet e-mail addresses. I do see that you have been concerned by this. Do know that your order information can be found in your customer account under the section "My Recent Orders" or you may contact us by telephone at a last resort.
