The colours and sizes have been changed to protect . . . .no one!
I've had several good experiences of Rubbersole before, but this last time was not to be a repeat. We wanted Crocs for the boys. The website was troublesome in that having chosen a style and colour, we often found that the size we wanted was not available. Frustrating. The boys really didn't want pink! We wanted lime size 3 for M (our eldest) and navy size 2 for J our youngest. The box that arrived suggested we were kitting out a football team! inside lime size 2 - wrong size for M and wrong colour for J. The other pair were toddlers size 5 and bright yellow (although the label read navy). The returns process was stright forward until we tried to get exchanges, but of course, because they didn't have what we wanted in stock, we've re-ordered and taken credit notes in the hope that things improve.
