Nice order placed in good faith by myself. Rubbersole sent everything, but the order - so many emails; can I have your opinion, hope your order is good. Unfotunately its now 14 days; two weeks; half a month. I could have walked from Newcastle to London and back by now, but Rubbersole cant deliver. I leave it up to you to decide if thats acceptable..still waiting....

I am happy to know that you did receive our automated e-mails as some customers have let us know that they have not received them. The Trustpilot review e-mail is sent when the order is confirmed, so it's normal that you received that e-mail before your actual order.
Apparently your parcel has been caught in the backlog from last week when there was general adverse weather in all of England. You did opt for our free delivery with Yodel which in normal times does take 1-2 business days to be prepared and then shipped out and a maximum of 6 business days from despatch to arrive.
Your order was placed on the 17th January and shipped out on the 21st January, 2 business days for preparation, which is normal, so it was shipped out on time. Unfortunately, your parcel was delayed due to the bad weather, but tracking has updated and it is now out for delivery today, so you should be having it no later than this evening the 31st January, up until 9 p.m.
