I'm very disappointed at how long I'm having to wait for my parcel to arrive. Having received the dispatch email I thought it would be on it's way but no I'm told I need to wait another week! Having spent just under £200 on boots I'm fed having to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive them. The spiring may have arrived by then and I may no longer want them.

Thank you for your feedback. I can only refer to our Terms and Conditions when it comes to delivery with our various delivery methods. You did order with our free delivery Yodel which does take 1-2 business days for preparation and a maximum of 6 business days from despatch to arrive. We do offer alternative delivery methods if you did need your parcel before then, notably UPS Standard or UPS Express which you may have opted for in just a simple click on the payment page when you placed your order.
Your order was shipped out on the 5th February and is currently in transit to you. As Spring officially starts on the 21st March, I can assure you that you'll have your parcel well before then, just 6 business days from despatch to arrive, bringing that to an estimated delivery date of latest the 13th February!
