I had to return some shoes because I wanted a different size, you don't get a return slip you have to go on the site and download one and print it out so a bit of a chew because dont have a printer, so had to phone up and get one sent out, posted the item back 17th February still waiting for my new item 5th March, had to phone rubbersole again to say they hadn't received my return parcel, so gave tracking number to be told they had received it & mine would be sent out, total carry on!!
