It meant that there was a long delay before i got my refund, as I had not noticed that i needed to do this. I dont know any other company who make you do this. They had clearly recieved the boots back, but didnt give me my money as i had not entered the code.

Thank you for your review. When you make a return request for the post office, you can see in your customer account that there is a place to put in your barcode proof of posting number that you received from the post office so that your customer account can be updated.
Some customers also prefer to call us directly with the barcode number and we update their account that way.
With our Collect+ return system which is another option that we use for free returns, returns are automatically updated 1-2 business days after you have taken the item to the Collect+ shop location. Some customers prefer to use Collect+ as it is more convenient for them in terms of automated returns.
