We are indeed a company that is half-French/half-British and our call centre and our warehouse do observe French bank holidays as they are located in France. As our call centre was closed on the 8th and 9th May, unfortunately our staff were not able to answer your inquiries until May 10th, when the office was back open again. On the 10th May, our colleagues did reply to all of the support tickets that were present in the queue and the phone lines were open all day long for customer calls.
As for ordering, payment is taken when an order is confirmed. Normally you would have received an automated e-mail detailing your order information as an order confirmation.
