Fantastic products, quick delivey
Would use Rubbersole again. Choice of Ugg boots great - £40 cheaper than Very for the same style. Quick and convenient delivery. Boots were great - exactly as per the picture.

Great prices, very slow delivery which although free should be quicker!
Best prices on the internet, however if you're going to offer free delivery please make it quicker. Delivery via Yodel was quoted as six days and took this long, remember although price is important (and you can pay extra for next day delivery) getting the goods to your customers as quickly as possible should be key, good returns experience Collect + was very easy and less hassle than the post office

My boots were made for walking!!
Well done Rubbersole, a speedy and reliable service. Even when I had a problem later with a faulty boot due to a manufacturing problem they were easily returned and replaced without any problems. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Good products slow delivery
I bought and paid for my goods on a Wednesday and received an email the following day saying they had been despatched. When I hadn't received the goods by the Monday, I checked the tracking service which showed that they had never been despatched so I sent an email chasing them up. I was informed that the tracking system was at fault and that they had been despatched and when the tracking system was working later that day I would be able to check. I did indeed check and the status was the same, on the Tuesday morning I checked again and lo and behold they had been collected by the courier at 18:00 on the Monday evening. I eventually received my goods on the Wednesday, a week after ordering, would I have received them had I not chased up? I guess we will never know!

I have taken a closer look into your customer account and I do see that you did opt for our free delivery with Yodel which as we state in our Terms and Conditions on our website, we allow a maximum of 6 working days to arrive from despatch. Your order was placed on the 17th April and shipped out on the 18th April. Parcel tracking is showing the parcel as having been delivered the 24th April, the 4th business day from despatch, so your parcel did arrive well on time.

Easy, fast, efficient
Ordered a pair of shoes. Process was quick and easy. Unfortunately size and colour were wrong. Return is easy and free, and using the Collect+ store system saves hassle at post office.

quick and easy from purhase to delivery
i searched high and low for a pair of shoes which were comfortable, due to the complexity of my feet. As Uggs are known for their comfort value I thought I would give them a try, and was able to wear them all day without having to break them in! My shoes were delivered promptly in the six days as promised. They are comfotable and stylish and I would certainly buy another pair of Rubbersole when these need replacing.

prices good - website painful
you order something, select paypal - complete that then go back to registering and log ins. Painful.

Thank you for your review. Ordering with Paypal on our website is possible without having to create a customer account if you wish to have your item delivered with our free delivery which is Yodel. This is automatically ticked and taken to account when you check out with Paypal Express.
If you need your item faster, you will first need to create a customer account, sign in, click on "Buy Now", "Pay Securely Now" which will bring you to the payment page where you can select the specific delivery method and then click on "Pay with Paypal" to complete the order after that!

Superb customer service - would use this company every time before any other
I've used Rubbersole a few times now and their customer service is second to none. It's always important, especially when buying something like shoes over the internet, to have a robust and efficient returns policy. I've had to return a few pairs of shoes (and kept some too) - and each time I've had such an easy experience and lightening refund. All companies that sell over the internet should be like this! Very wide range of brilliant shoes too, and usually with good discounts. Can't fault them.

I received an email link detailing special offer Havaiana flip flops through Rubbersole. Great products, well packaged although delivery a little slow (think delay with courier rather than Rubbersole). Will buy from this company again.

Just bought 2 pairs of shoes, and the experience was as if I was going into the shops, and trying them on.

At first I tried to order on-line, but my order wouldn't go through. Next day I phoned the company, and the customer service girl I spoke to handled my order, and was very helpful and curteous, and was able to process my order without any problem. If I needed any more shoeware, I would try this company first, as my order was delivered promptly, and my husband was very pleased with my purchase for him.

Great boots and good price
The ugg boots I bought from rubbersole were not dark brown as stated, but chocolate/natural, which I discovered having looked on other sites. The boots were a mottled brown colour and not grey as the photos suggested, however I was really happy with my purchase. They also came within 3 days with the free delivery service so would definately use rubbersole again.

Good Quality , Cheap Price , normal dispatch
Rubbersole provide a good quality product and service. Dispatch time may slower than other rivals in this business but trade-off is lower price than other with special discount that rival cannnot afford customers.

i got what i ordered as promised!
My order arrived within 6 days as promised. Until I found Rubbersole i was considering having the boots shipped over from Australia. I guess it would have taken longer than 6 days!

Ordered on Saturday with express delivery, hope to see my parcel tommorow!
I am not sure for getting my parcel on time. Will be really disapointed if not, because I paid 12 pounds for express delivery!
