Wow...This is how it's supposed to be done.
Being in general, blind as a bat, so paying a fortune on the high street for high index lenses, it came as a complete surprise to find Oakleys and high index lenses 30% cheaper than the price of the frames and standard lens's in the leading high street Oakley retailer (Vision Express).
I phoned prior to ordering and was reasured of the process. Used the photo based service for Pupillary measurement and sent a scanned copy of my prescription with my order. I received both a phone call and an email to confirm my prescription and PD measurement. within a couple of hours of placing the order online.
Order tracking kept me abreadst of the order and even though I have a severe prescription, the new Glasses arrives 5 days after ordering.
I am so impressed with the d service that means that I can wear fashionable oakleys, at a non premium price, that I'll be using them from now on.
Don't be scared of ordering spectacles on the internet. RX Sport are leading the way......Well done RX!!!

A very customer focused experience- fabulous.
I ordered my Oakley prescription sunglasses on Tuesday and received them the following Tuesday with great comms in between. Other companies should learn from Rx Sport on how to do business. A faultless experience with great customer service.

Good website, good service, no problem
Bought these Oakley sunglasses, polarised lenses (also interchangeable). Great product, full detail on the website (except that , on reading the product blurb which came with them, I find you should not wear certain lenses for driving in Australia or NZ, a potential problem for me but not a disaster - would have been good to get that info before purchase).
Nice little bag/cleaning cloth supplied with them (but no protective case?). Also bought a pair of clear lens protective glasses from elsewhere for £15 - came with hard plastic protective case! Unfortunately, the Oakleys don't quite fit in it.

No more eye strain when driving in bright summer sunlight,(I remember the day well!!).
This was my first experience of purchasing prescription sunglasses,..... so having placed an order for almost £300, I suddenly thought what have I done I don't even know these people!!...... So it was with trepidation that I waited on the delivery of my goods, when they arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the product and I couldn't be more pleased with these glasses,.... they actually exceeded my expectations,.....I would recommend RxSport to anyone thinking of buying prescription glasses this way. The service was quick and very efficient.

Quick, efficient and helpful customer service
They were much cheaper than my local shop. The one thing that an Internet retailer may fall foul of is the measuring of the pupil distance. My local shop even mentioned this that Internet retailers cannot do this. Wrong! There was a lot of support for measuring this.
Prices were hundreds less than my local store. Ok my local store is in Switzerland but still,they have very good prices. I also find that online you get a better choice. Internet all the way!
They also had no problem removing the vat since i am an international non eu buyer!
Overall excellent. I have bought ski goggles from rxsport too!

Truly Brilliant...

I live in Sweden and had some questions that I sent in an email. The reply was very informative and explained in detail about the glasses I was interested in. Excellent service and advice with any queries
Bought Oakley prescription sunglasses (Jawbone - 2 sets of lenses). Expensive. But remarkable optics (not tried polarised shades yet). Glasses secure when using mountain bike over rough terrain, and any fogging when I stopped for a breather cleared in seconds on re-starting (vented lenses). Hopefully will also work well when sailing. First class service from RxSport.

From nervous to delighted - in five days.
I'd never bought prescription glasses online before, and was nervous about the process, the prescription, the optionsif there was a problem and so on.
Rather than "just" a website, I spoke to RXSport, and they were incredibly helpful. A real person went through the whole process, from getting and providing my PupilDistance to the prescription, timescales and everything else.
I chose my glasses, RXSport sorted everything else out and they were delivered within the week.
All this was also done at 20% less cost than the high street equivalent shops - who were also much less knowledgeable than RXSport and also extremely difficult to deal with in obtaining my pupil-distance details.
All in all - I'm delighted and will definitely use RXSport again.

Happy customer again
This was the 2nd time this year I've purchased Oakley prescription glasses from RXsport. This time Oakley C-wire sunglasses and again the service was top class. Great advice over the phone backed up an outstanding website. Glasses arrived less than one week after the order was placed and I am extremely happy with them. Good price too.

A trustworthy company who give helpful advice and deliver on delivery dates.
After being let down by another Internet prescription sunglasses site (order in, money out of account, only later to be told option wasn't available) I was drawn to this site. After entering prescription details the site filters out unsuitable options. A telephone call to clarify a couple of technical questions was handled by an honest expert who described the sunglasses setup well. The sunglasses arrived as promised, in time for an important race, and performed brilliantly.
I won't hesitate to use this company again, probably to upgrade the prescription inserts when necessary. Thank you.

Fast, honest, and excellent service and product.
My hubby:
I'm from Malaysia and believe me when I say this, it's hard to find an optician store that is honest with their products and services. Everything is jacked up especially with premium products like Oakleys. Even worse are the quality of the lens, and the pricing of said lens. As a result, I have not worn glasses for literally ages.
So, I came across the RX site after going the endless sites that couldn't deliver to my country and saw that they had built the lenses together with the frames. That meant a real good deal for me as I never quite trusted the ones here (the last ones I got in Malaysia was nearly 400 quid with lenses and they were quite poor).
In total, I saved nearly 150 quid buying through RX. The entire process took 14 days for me to get the product from start till end. Painless and VAT was deducted accordingly. Two thumbs up from me! My eyes are however lazy as mad.
