Very efficient service!
High class efficient service via telephone contact. I'd had some problems completing my order on-line and these were easily rectified BT their staff over the telephone. Also I received my new prescription Oakleys within 1 week!

Exceeded all expectations
Prescription Oakley's delivered within a week after being ordered on a bank holiday weekend. I had a query and I was called when they opened. Very polite and professional. I will definitely use RX Sport again.

Great and speedy service, brilliant.
My order arrived within 10 days of ordering, just in time for the sunny weather. A straight forward process with a quick turnaround time makes for a great service. I would recommend this to anyone. Just make sure you have all the specific details from your optician before you place your order and you are away.

Prompt delivery and refund
I've order a ski helmet and it arrived within the time frame. I had to return as it didn't fit and got refunded straight away.
Free returns would be a great addition to the service though.

Competitive pricing and quick thorough service, I even had a phone call to double check my prescription prior to manufacture. A standard speedy delivery meant I had my custom prescription glasses within the week of ordering.

poorly explained exchange policy
I ordered some standard prescription sunglasses and sought to exchange them as the frame was a poor fit - I assumed as the shop offered a try on service and an exchange generally that I could do that.

Top quality service and product, highly recommended.
Not a whole lot to say, other than that I would certainly use again. I ordered a prescription pair of Wiley X sunglasses for use playing basketball, which have performed excellently so far. I opted for the "Home Trial" option to try the frames before ordering the prescription, which was a very useful process. Although there was a mix-up with my address, RxSport made up for the error promptly and were helpful throughout the process. The Home Trial option does not cost anything if you then order from them, although you do have to pay the return delivery to return the trial frames to them - something that was not mentioned to me before beginning the trial. However, otherwise the communication and service was flawless and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Easy service, quick delivery, good products
Overall I was extremely happy with the service and the delivery. My only gripe is that I had requested that the package be left in a specific place as I knew we would not be home. The package was left in the place instructed which was great but the problem was it could have been there for a day or so becasue there was no card put through the door or emal sent to inform me that it had actually been delivered. Had there been a card through the door this would have been a faultless service, start to finish...

A good price but even more important excellent service!
I returned a pair to an oakley outlet store after the ones they provided were in the wrong box, with the wrong case and with the wrong spare lenses which didn't fit the frames; poor service from the oakley store.
I read all the reviews for RXsport and took the plunge ordering the same model split jackets from them slightly cheaper than the oakley outlet store. RXsport communications were excellent keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. The glasses arrived well packed ensuring the enclosed glasses were suitably protected. I am extreamly happy with my purchase and service I received, well done RXsport on your customer service and thank you to everyone who has previously left reviews that gave me the confidence to use the excellent Internet retailer.

Great quality product delivered quickly
I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses from RxSport on 18th May. Was a bit hesitant as had not ordered prescription lenses online before. The ordering process was easy, just had to add my prescription details and then take a photo of my face with a printed ruler to ensure the measurements were correct. I was completely shocked when the glasses turned up on 24th May, and really impressed with the quality of the product and the fact the prescription lenses were perfect. Would definitely use again.

Great customer service
Ordered a pair of oakleys and a case the order process, being kept informed on my order and delivery was brilliant. The glasses are exactly what I was after and at a better price than other sites I had looked at. My order of the case turned out to be out of stock but a guy from the site rang apologised and arranged for an alternative case he was very helpful, polite, professional and didn't delay my order at all. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent prices, efficient service
I was initially wary having not heard of RXSport before, as some of the prices seemed a little 'too good to be true'. Having telephoned the company to ensure the details provided weren't bogus (and having spoken to a very pleasant and polite staff member), I placed my order. My goods arrived very quickly, were well packaged and were exactly as described, all for an exeptionally good price (20% cheaper than many other retailers). I didn't have any problems with my order, and cannot therefore comment on customer service in this regard, but overall I give RXSport top marks on price and efficiency of service.

Good advice given on the phone and excellent turnaround
I wasn't sure which sunglasses to go for for cycling so I rang the number and received good advice. I took advantage of the home trial which was really useful. The Oakleys were expensive --- but --- buy cheap and pay twice. Recommend

Excelent service, highly recommended.
This was the first time I have ordered prescription glasses on the internet. Approached several national and local opticians to price-match however all refused. Placed order on Sunday evening arrived Friday morning with order tracking provided on line. Excellent service and very pleased with my new glasses. Saved £70 (Oakley Blender Prescription - Ice Iridium Polarised) compared to high street prices.

Amazingly prompt service
I ordered some Oakley prescription sunglasses from RxSport. They were cheaper and much prompter in sending the glasses to me than as quoted by a high street optician. I had the glasses a week after ordering them and I ordered during a bank holiday weekend.

Wow...This is how it's supposed to be done.
Being in general, blind as a bat, so paying a fortune on the high street for high index lenses, it came as a complete surprise to find Oakleys and high index lenses 30% cheaper than the price of the frames and standard lens's in the leading high street Oakley retailer (Vision Express).
I phoned prior to ordering and was reasured of the process. Used the photo based service for Pupillary measurement and sent a scanned copy of my prescription with my order. I received both a phone call and an email to confirm my prescription and PD measurement. within a couple of hours of placing the order online.
Order tracking kept me abreadst of the order and even though I have a severe prescription, the new Glasses arrives 5 days after ordering.
I am so impressed with the d service that means that I can wear fashionable oakleys, at a non premium price, that I'll be using them from now on.
Don't be scared of ordering spectacles on the internet. RX Sport are leading the way......Well done RX!!!

Good website, good service, no problem
Bought these Oakley sunglasses, polarised lenses (also interchangeable). Great product, full detail on the website (except that , on reading the product blurb which came with them, I find you should not wear certain lenses for driving in Australia or NZ, a potential problem for me but not a disaster - would have been good to get that info before purchase).
Nice little bag/cleaning cloth supplied with them (but no protective case?). Also bought a pair of clear lens protective glasses from elsewhere for £15 - came with hard plastic protective case! Unfortunately, the Oakleys don't quite fit in it.

No more eye strain when driving in bright summer sunlight,(I remember the day well!!).
This was my first experience of purchasing prescription sunglasses,..... so having placed an order for almost £300, I suddenly thought what have I done I don't even know these people!!...... So it was with trepidation that I waited on the delivery of my goods, when they arrived, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the product and I couldn't be more pleased with these glasses,.... they actually exceeded my expectations,.....I would recommend RxSport to anyone thinking of buying prescription glasses this way. The service was quick and very efficient.
