Site a bit slow if you don't have your wits about you

I understand and accept the whole ryanair concept and when traveling alone I find them very acceptable. Traveling with kids can be a pain and the website is a bit slow at times. I've had to retype things in the past when things have locked up.

good, cheap, flying

I have used Ryanair a number of times and I am very pleased with what they offer and will certainly travel with them in future.

Late late late

flew to Dublin in June and was delayed 6 hours. Didn't get put on another flight, got zero feedback. Will absolutely never fly them again and feel stupid for thinking they'd be any good - took me ages to book using their website so should've known their operations were bad.

poor experience

The thought of travelling by Ryanair makes me stressed.
All the add ons are ridiculous especially the card payment fee.

www.ryanair.com

Treated like muck

dreadful! No turbulence but seat belt sign left on nearly all the flight so they could hard sell Drinks, duty free, train tickets, scratch cards over and over with the passengers moving around. V poor attitude, rather walk...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Avoid if you can

It's the zero customer service company, that in case of delays or cancellations will not reimburse you anything, even when you present them with the official law rules.

Avoid if you can

I've been screwed on more than one occasion by Ryanair. Worst was being held on a hot stuffy plane for 4 hours until their airport staff went off duty at 10pm and then being told we won't be flying. Having then to try to sleep on Stansted airport floor so we could book new flight at 3am. The new flight wasn't for 2 days and then only by going via another destination. So, losing a significant part of our holiday. Ryanair refused to then give me a letter of confirmation and so i couldn't claim any compensation from my insurance. I would give Ryanair NO stars, but that isn't an option!

Dismal service

Their customers come last in their priority list

Wouldnt touch with a bargepole

That they should even consider charging for the loo shows the depths to which this Company will go

www.ryanair.com

Rubbish

Rubbish waiting times before boarding.
Rubbish charging for toilets.
Rubbish luggage allowance.

www.ryanair.com

flight time changes

change of flight times after booking is a pain especially when cannot alter special offer train tickets and need to rebook them and lose the intial cost of them

www.ryanair.com

Cheap

Their cheap and they get you to where you need to go, what more do you need !!

www.ryanair.com

Ryunfair

Being charged (held to ransom) £20 for being a kilo overweight in my baggage completely put me off the airline. Lot of people feel ripped off by them, I just will avoid from now on.

if the adds are to be believed.

they will soon have a outdoor loo and veiwing platform from the wing.

Excellent Prices, but not the same can be said about their inflight services

I always fly Ryanair because their prices are a lot cheaper than other no frills flights.

However, I really do not like the service they provide to customers on the flights if they DARE to complain about any items that are faulty or inedible. I witnessed this on 3 different occasions where people asked for foods to be changed and were told, sorry that's how it is??? Eh???

Even when one was a flat can of coke, and the other was a bag of Malteesers that had gone all goey!!

Neither of these customers were offered an exchange OR refund...HOW SHOCKING!!

So.......I NEVER buy anything on the plane at all, I take my own food and drinks!! Stuff them

Every thing worked

found web site hard to work and understand. However we did get there with it and everything worked and booked in ok.

cheap but nasty

It gets you there on time, but they try so hard to make you hate them. The extras, the website, the rules that try to trip you up every bit of the way. A nasty unpleasant way to do business. They don't dersve their success.

It Works, to a degree.

Look out for the extra charges they hide in everything and be prepared to spend more than you save at the other end when faced with a long journey to where you thought you were flying.
Example Weeze to Essen, 80 euro taxi ride

www.ryanair.com

Too complicated

Too complicated and too many hidden, not visable charges. Cluttered and complicated.

www.ryanair.com

Cheap flights but with slightly delays

If you are very price focused, you should consider Ryanair. Staff are very friendly. At my latest trip, the flight was delayed more than 30 minutes and I was not completely satisfied.

www.ryanair.com

They provide a service....

But it could be so much better. Please give an indication of the real cost of the flight at the start rather then keep adding on for cases, credit and debit card use. I get so frustrated

Great prices, shame about the taxes

I'm always using Ryanair - great service for the money I pay but such a shame the charge so much just for making the payment!

Hidden charges as usual

Good on prices but hidden charges as usual. Website is cluttered and unclear.

www.ryanair.com

U get what u pay for...

However "Buldog" is watching for any tinies thing to rip-off your wallet.. Staff have "Sale" targets - so beside being well underpaid and constantly surrounded with high-churn of staff - they forced to be as they are...

www.ryanair.com

Punctual and efficient- what more do you need?

Why do people always moan about RyanAir? No-one forces them to travel with them. Get all the preparation right (hand luggage and a prepay Mastercard) and there are no added charges. At least they get you there and back on time.
If only they'd quote the headline price inclusive of the compulsory charges they'd get 5 stars.

loved flying with them

happy to pay the £8 each for hot food when we boarded. Didnt buy lottery tickets or the countless other stuff they were flogging. Took a smart phone so i could watch the films on it with headphones in. Took hand luggage of the correct size so had no check it luggage. Loved it!

My first experience with Ryanair

First time I tried to book a flight, I encountered some strange website errors, and each time had to start all over again...
When I finally succeeded and wanted to pay for my ticket, the website timed out during the transaction.
It showed an error and then froze, only leaving me with the options to start over or refreshing the page with my fingers crossed. Luckily the refresh worked, and I was only charged once!
This is by far the poorest booking website I've seen. Very confusing design, almost forcing you to order all kinds of items/services you don't need.

But unfortunately that's not all.
I just discovered 2 days before departure that I had made an error when entering the names.
And since I already had printed my boarding passes, I was forced to call the Ryanair support centre (UK-line at a rate of £0.10 / min + £0.30 / min, because I'm not located in UK).
And after a waiting time of ~35 min, I was told it would cost me a total of €280 to be unchecked and to be able to correct the names myself. OR I could just book a new flight which properly was cheaper. The supporter insisted that I tried that, and should call back again if I wanted to be unchecked/renamed.
I then tried to book a new flight, but the cheapest solution was still to pay the fee of €280 to be unchecked/renamed.

I called back, but this time I was told that the support center was too busy and I should try again later.
Finally after a few call attempts, and yet another 35 min. waiting time, I finally got through to the support and had the check-in cancelled.
I then did the renaming, paid and checked in again.

But there was yet another extra £21 fee just for paying. So basically Ryanair charge you a fee for paying a fee?!
Together with the £23 used for the 2 support calls... I might as well just have paid for a new flight elsewhere...

After this experience I can only recommend that you avoid traveling with Ryanair.

They get you there!!!

Service is very poor, if you want to be cattle-herded and don't mind fighting for your rights then use Ryanair.

Fed up of thinking I have a cheap flight only to discover the costs double when you add in the "EXTRAS"!!!!!!

I now only use them when I really don't have another choice!!!!!!!!

They do get you there however!!!!!

www.ryanair.com

Dedicated to making flying as joyless as possible

I now fly easyjet if I ever have the choice on a route. No doubt they will shortly be introducing a supplement to actually fly - other passengers set off walking once they are released onto the tarmac.

www.ryanair.com

Crap

Used once and will never use again. I would rather walk to my destination with a nail in my shoe.

www.ryanair.com

Absolute shite and pi$$ takers

Worst airline I've ever flown with. Their site is designed to extract as much cash out of you as possible and to make you make mistakes easily that could result in you paying to alter details etc. Organised a stag do and used them, ended up having to change a name as a passenger cancelled and I had some one else to replace them. Wanted to charge me £200 to change their name so it was cheaper to book new flights. No refund was offered either., They also make sure you can't contact them as the only way to complain or get a refund is by post or fax. F**kin terrible service and i'd rather pay twice the price else where. Shite!

good experience

I have flown with Ryan Air a few times. Was bitten by the baggage cost the first time. Now I know the small print I either pay up front for a bag or dont take one.
I asked for an extra tea bag to make my on board tea strong and was charged full price for a tea!!!! ( I was not using another cup, nor more water or milk)
Thats why they only get 4 stars.

www.ryanair.com

Too costly

Will never fly again with Ryanair. Once was enough. It was like a cattle market and is now even more expensive with all the add ons.
