Excellent choice and very helpful website
I bought a mosquito net for my daughter to use on her volunteering trip to Kenya in June. The choice of products was good and the pictures and explanations on the website were very helpful. Having placed the order, the communication and updates were timley and the delivery went ahead with out a hitch.

Great service
Having received only part of my order, I emailed the company, and immediately without any questions or hesitation got sent the second part, with next day delivery to arrive just in time for my trip. This was excellent customer service.

One Stop Shop
I got all that I needed for my trip to Borneo. The information / advice sheets were really useful allowing purchases to be made as an informed decision.

Great shoes - fit like a glove will be very good for our extended holiday in Australia and New Zealand. SafariQuip are trying to get a pair for my husband in his shoe size. Good quick fast service. Try them.

Excellent service
Placed my order online on Saturday and thought I had selected next-day delivery but I noticed on Monday morning when I got the the shipping confirmation email that it went through as standard shipping instead. I was leaving for my trip on the Wednesday so I knew that I wouldn't get my order in time.
Based on my past experience with other companies I didn't hold out much hope of getting anything other than "tough luck" but contacted them anyway. Christine was more than helpful - she said the post hadn't been collected yet and sent a PayPal request for the extra shipping cost and sent it out first-class. Delivered on Tuesday and on my flight on Wednesday!

Extremely efficient dealing with order
Speedy delivery. Great contact from SafariQuip to confirm order and continued contact to keep me posted on tracking my package. When goods arrived they were very well packed and instructions were included. Very good experience, would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Excellent received what I ordered with no problems

Trustworthy and Reliable
Ordered a sunhat which arrived the following day, item was packaged appropiately but the colour was not to my liking (no fault of the seller).
I returned the sunhat which the seller recieved the next day and the refund was also actioned on the same day, extremely happy with the service and SafariQuip is now a permanent addition to my Favourties bar.
I also spoke to a lady at the company to confirm that I was sending the item and also when it was received, cannot fault the call i any way

The goods were delivered quickly. However, I sent an email asking if there was a returns label. Disappointingly, I didn't get any reply. I returned 2 items today under my own steam.r

Looking at the details now, our reply was sent to the hotmail email address you gave for yourself, but I notice that the returns request came via your husbands email address! If you want us to change our records please let us know.

Recommendable!
I was most satisfied with the purchase from SafariQuip. For a start they actually stocked what I was looking for, whereas I had been disappointed looking elsewhere (like via Google) and they posted the goods promptly, with a clear invoice, as well as informing me by email. There was a slight hiccup regarding the postage, but apologies were instant and sincere, and extremely courteous, and everything sorted in record time.

Perfectly organised suitcase!
Having spent years grappling with vacuum bags, which don't last many trips before leaking, I saw a friend using Eagle Creek bags and how neat they looked.
I ordered a 3-pack and one double pack, which is excellent for an overnight stop.
My clothes stay neatly folded, and the bags are easy to pack.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Order failed to arrive but the service from SafariQuip was excellent. They contacted the local Post Office sorting Office with the tracking number. Having seen that the parcel was supposed to have been picked up and delivered, which it was not, they sent me a replacement. Very good customer relations and service.
