I have used Safelincs an number of times over the past few years and each time the service has been excellent. The staff are very helpful and the prices are very competitive. I will use Sadelincs again when I need them.

Still waiting for delivery
I ordered a smoke alarm and was given EXCELLENT advice and service on the phone when I placed the order. However I am still waiting, a week later, to receive the alarm (by courier, since the mail delivery seems to have failed). The fault may lie with Royal Mail rather than the company, however, so I still give them the benefit of the doubt (and 3 stars).

Great Service!
I had two faulty sensors in the home which were almost 10 years old and with the assistance of Safelincs helpful staff we determined I only needed to buy the smoke replacement unit which plugged in mounted to the existing base units with ease.
Not only was this very simple but when compared to quotes from the electrician I saved around £80.00 with Safelincs help.

fire safety products at great prices and with the best warranties
I found this company as they were offering door holding devices with the best warranties on the market -dorguard with a 5 year warranty. Bulk ordering also allows flexibility on pricing. I have since used Safelincs for fire extinguishers including commissioning and installation as they offered a no-nonsence pricing and service that I could not find better anywhere else. Delivery is quick and as promised.

Fantastic value for money; incredibly fast service.
I bought three 2kg dry powder fire extinguishers for my sailing yacht including an automatic type for in the engine bay. They arrived next day. They were identical to those sold by chandlers but at a whopping saving!
Safelincs needs greater acknowledgment for their service and Value for Money.

Very prompt delivery and a good value product
I ordered a Blazepack Fire Resistant Packet and it was the only product like it that I could find on any internet website.
Excellent value - buying to store records for a Parish Council - so needs to be very good value for money. Can't beat this - only wish a larger size was made.
Delivery was by Royal Mail - so easy to collect if no-one is around when the delivery is made. The pack must have been sent the day I ordered it!
Couldn't fault in any way!

The website is easy to use and service fast and efficient however the order was faulty.
I ordered a new sensor module for my carbon monoxide alarm from the suppliers website. It was easy to order and was despatched to me within two days. I followed the operating instruction manual to fit the repalcement and carried out the relevant checks and tests but to no avail. The item was returned as it failed to work and after 10 days I am still waiting for an explanation and replacement.
