Speedy delivery and nice customer service, shame about the product.
Well the customer service was brilliant but the iclear 30's atomizer was torn and the coil inside had come apart and that was straight after opening from the sealed wrapper. Speedy delivery tho.

Great prices, quick delivery and a wide variety of products.
Safercigs had got one of the widest choice of products I've seen online and I will definitely be buying more stuff from them. I want too impressed with the choice of e liquids but as I make my own, I want that bothered. Each product had several pictures and good descriptions so you really know what you're buying. One of the things I like best is the choice of postage options.

great buy
i purchased e-cig and my health has already inproved as i have asthma but my chest is so clear and no morning cough,,,also i use to smoke 20 or more cigs a day and now after a week of my vapour cig i am down to 5 cigs a day and hopefully it will be down to zero.also the craving for cigarettes have calmed down too.i recommend this e cig to all you smokers,,,fantastic ,,,,,

Good products, shame about after sales service.
Having tried 2 other versions of "E cigs", I was recommended to try your products. I purchased an eGo -T starter kit + a 30 ml. bottle of Liquid.
No problems with either product but I have sent 3 e-mails requesting various information & have not had any replies. This level of customer service needs tro be improoved !

Order got cancelled
Ordered from Safercigs as a bit of a change and unfortunately my order got cancelled over some £4 delivery charge or something along those lines. Might just have been an unlucky once off for me though as I've since received a follow up explanation from Darren, so your mileage may vary.

Quick Delivery & Excellent service
I got my delivery the next day and got a text message telling me what time it would be delivered - which was between 9:25 and 10:25. Turned up about 9:30, Brilliant service will def use again. Also had a enquiry and i got a email reply back straight away which was good. Thanks for the great service.

A great help in giving up without the stress!
After 15 years of smoking i was dreading quitting, mostly due to putting o weight and terrible mood swings. I found safersigs helped me curb the cravings and get out of the smoking routine. Just knowing that i have it in my bag gives me re-assurance not to give in. Well worth the money!

Ordered my starter kit which was a fantastic deal compared to similar products I have looked at. I made my order on a bank holiday weekend with second class post, so I was expecting it to take ages, however it turned up in fantastic timing and I'm now happily puffing away and avoiding the ciggies. The free flavour I chose was the gold silver it's fruitier then I expected for a tobacco flavour so I'm going to be using this site again shortly to experiment with some new flavours;) very happy with my purchase! Great thanks !

Great Service, But Website Lacks.
Safercigs AKA "Safersigs" on Trustpilot, provide a top quality service. Every purchase has been delivered next day without fail. Customer service is second to none, with polite and easy to communicate with staff.
Safercigs offer a wide variety of products, having said that in my many attempts at purchasing e-liquid I have never seen Spearmint in stock.
My only concern with Safercigs is nothing more than the aesthetics of their website. I find it hard to navigate and nothing seems correctly categorised. A more organised and easier to navigate website would make the experience more appealing.

A good place to shop and if the price is right will be visiting again.
I would tell a friend that its a good place to shop with affordable and professional items. Its informative and definitely a place to look before buying what you are searching for and its Uk based, have added the site to my favorites list as I will be shopping there again.
Have been a vaping over a year and am not interested in cigarettes no more after trying to quit many times. I purchased L/R bridgless bauway 510 attys from safecigs for direct dripping which are great and will be wanting more in the near future, I also have a kanger pro tank and safecigs sell atomizers separate for it so will be wanting some of them in the near future too. I also use Joye ego-c but have only been really been impressed with that since the ego twist battery came along and I don't like L/R with ego c..
Am now at the stage of researching mods as I want the smallest VV/VW I can get with an all day battery life am also researching rebuildables and mixing my own e-juice.
Good e-liquid can be expensive on its own with out the other costs especially if you buy from totally wicked and Johnson creek e-juice which have a high price, e-cigs may be cheaper for those that smoked analogues but I use to roll my own so the cost for me has been more but has been worth it:-)

IGO-L Dripper
I received this dripper a few days ago now and I have bee continually dripping into it to test it out.
The IGO-L is very easy to set up. You get everything you need in the kit to start you off. This little dripper produces lots off flavour and vapour. Excellent piece of kit for the money. I would recommend it to everyone and anyone.
I ordered from Safercigs and within 24 hours it was in my hands' setup and using it. Fantastic service and great quality item.
