I bought this eco starter kit for my husband , who had smoked for 40yrs,in February, 2013 He started using it straightaway and hasnt smoked a cigarette since! He had previously tried other 'stop smoking' products without success. He would recommend it to anyone who wants to give up smoking.

amazing customer service!

I placed a small order with safercigs for about £11. I received fantastic service with emails at every stage to let me know what was happening. My package was delivered really quickly. One of my items did not work, so I contacted them to ask if I sent the item back would it be possible to send a replacement. As I had placed such a small order in the first place I offered to cover postage both for sending the current item back and them sending my replacement out. This was flatly refused, I was told to put the current item in the bin and not to consider paying postage. The very next day I received a parcel with two of the products in.
They were friendly and courteous all the way through the order process. Not only would I be more than happy to use them again I would also have no worries about recommrnding them to friends and family. If I had to give them marks out of ten it would have to be an eleven!

Safercigs is excellent. My order arrives promptly either the next day or the day after (I don't pay extra for next day delivery). my items are always correct and to my satisfaction. I buy E-liquds from Safercigs and I cannot fault the prices, they often have deals on too! If I ever have any queries they are very quick to respond to me.

I was shown the rebuildable atty's at Safercigs by my friend Mario in california who designs electronic cigarette mods, so who better to advise me? as I was getting very frustrated with the pre made atomisers from other sources. The web site was clear, comprehensive and easy to use and I am very impressed with the quality of the merchandise they sent in good time too.
I look forward to using safer cigs for many years to come.

Great Service, Great Product, Great Company!

I bought 60ml of reasonably priced Hangsen e-juice from Safer Cigs. Received an email confirming my order and then one saying my order had been despatched and when I would receive it. All of this happened exactly as they said and I'd not hesitate in buying from them again. They have a good reputation in the vaping community, they actually seem to care about the products they are selling and both their customers safety and vaping experience. I was also happy to receive a leaflet detailing the proposed EU e-cig ban in with my purchase. If you're looking for reasonably priced vaping products, sold by a company that cares both about their customer's experience and the products you receive, then give them a try!

I needn't of had a tirade at your company. In my defence I've been looking out for the protank for a while now and I'm very much looking forward to using it in combination with the strawberry crunch I have left steeping.

Would of liked slightly more updates on the order but I should learn some patience.

used other ecig suppliers in past and safercigs was fast for delivery and the option for interlink express was even better which emails you a 1 hour slot time on the day,only real negative i can give is they need more choices of eliquid but there 50ml menthol liquid is a great price,will use again and reccomend to a friend.

Hit and miss atty's but great service!

I have never been a fan of the tankomizer type e-cig. I tried them when they first came out and one year on to see if they improved. I have had 800's style, 901 style, 510 style and ego-t. None of them were any good to me as they would start to lose flavour and hit after a few days - a week at best. even cleaning didnt help much. I decided to give them one more go with the reasonably priced new style "vision range". So far they have kept the hit strength for the life of the atomizer, that's the downside - so far the longest one has worked for me has been 3 weeks. they just dont seem to last. However at least they do what i wanted which was to keep the flavor and hit right to the end of their life. Also because safercigs only charge £4 per atty i dont feel too annoyed at the short life span. Overall the vision range has been outstanding in the flavor and hit department and the 650 mah battery lasts well enough for a heavy vaper. All in all a great value tanko kit and so far a good company with prompt delivery.

One note of caution is that you do have to be careful with them because if you dont hold the join between atty and battery when unscrewing - the glass bottom of the atty will sometimes pull off from its metal casing.

good products,shame about the after sales care

products arrived quickly and were a good price but after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. i am still waiting for an email back about my latest problem with my e-cigarette which has broken for the second time. its a shame that they are so slow to get back to me as otherwise they are a good company.I guess they are just very busy!

Well today Sunday 14 April 13 I had the pleasure of a private tour around the now established SaferSigs store down in sunny Dorset, to my surprise the staff were very knowledgeable on all product being sold, the vast array of products stocked any one would be and is spoilt for choice, (Kid in a sweetshop springs to mind). My partner and I left with suitable products after trying out many different types and flavours during our visit, and left as expected very happy customers, Darren has achieved the right balance of products for what his customers want and need now and in the future, this is to full credit to Safersigs and there staff.

well, that's about it....everything went perfectly, delivery took three days and the order was perfect (aga-t2, syringe w/blunt needle, driptip and a pyrex glass tank). only thing I didn't know was that the aga-t2 already comes with a pyrex glass tank and not the faulty plastic ones from the reviews, now i have two glass tanks. no problem though, i've got a couple of spare atty's to hook up with the tank.
overall, great experience, can only recommend!

I have used Safersigs a couple of times now. Great service, fast delivery, and everything just as described.

I was smoking up to 40 cigs a day for the last 20 years, I always wanted to stop but always found a excuse not to, and to be honest I was so addicted and enjoyed it could not see a way that it would be possible. I found Darren browsing online and gave him a quick call 6 weeks ago, I have not smoked since.

The silly thing is I don't even feel like I stopped, as I get all the enjoyment still but I am not killing myself with harmful smoke. There is many benefits like being able to smoke it pretty much anywhere, add to that my kids and people around me do not passive smoke anymore, house smells clean which Mrs is happy about lol.

The bottom line is this will not kill you like cigs can, also its so much cheaper then smoking cigs, at the cost off 1 pack off cigs you can smoke this all month.

Take my advice guys and girls if you have not tried this product give Darren a call and he will advise you as he advised me..
