We use Sage Pay as inframe processors on our website and it works brilliantly, looks fantastic and is easy to use for the customers. The monthly fees are very reasonable, especially considering the support is round the clock. The support staff are well spoken, knowledgeable, happy and cheerful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They always make me feel reassured, things always turns out to be easier than I expected and this level of care is well above average. You really get the feeling that these people genuinely love what they do and I rely on them with confidence.
I would just like to commend Sagepay on their customer support. My company have not been using Sagepay for too long but every time I have contacted Sagepay support for any matter I have been dealt with in an exceptional manner.
In the 13 years that my company has been trading I can quite honestly say that I have never come across such knowledgeable or friendly support staff. Having worked in telephone customer support nearly twenty years ago myself I do know a bit about it works and it can be a very taxing role dealing with all kinds of different customers but it has struck me that I could be talking to the same person every time I have made a support call such is the professionalism of the support staff. Today I rang to speak to support and was put through to Michael Hurst who dealt with my query in a most friendly concise professional manner as is the Sagepay way. Whoever is running the support training deserves a medal because they have got it just right.

I spoke to Lee Cochrane regarding a number of services and he was more than happy to spend the time with me to give me a thorough description of these services, as well as others I had not heard of but which were relevant to my business. Brilliant service!
After the recent passing of the owner of our company I contacted Sage Pay and spoke to Nigel Thompson to get his help in accessing the account. Nigel was extremely helpful and friendly from the off set. He did his job by asking security questions about the account and then instead of putting me through to another department talked me through every step to access the account.
Once accessed, Nigel helped me update the log on details, and also talked me through providing a refund for a customer that was required urgently.
In this matter Nigel's understanding of the recent passing of the owner was what to me really set his customer service head and shoulders above any body else's I have dealt with in other companies.
He deserves huge credit for helping us out on this matter and I hope that he gets it.
I found Jonny most helpful and taking the time to go through all of the items that were required in setting up Sage Pay. Even guiding me through the tab sections, making everything clear and helping me to understand how to use the system.

Trouble free service
I called sage pay with multiple issues early this week, not all related to sage pay and Lewis solved the lot! I've just heard back from my bank and my cash flow has returned. I know who I'll be asking for next time.
Spoke to Ray this afternoon for some help with a possible fraudulent transaction. I didn't need to ask any questions as Ray gave me every single bit of info I needed, nicely broken down so we could get to the bottom of the problem.
Sage never fail to offer help and advice for any queries we have and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The Sagepay support desk is consistently excellent, and is in a different league to the support available on other Sage products.
We have just started using Sage Pay for our mail order terminal transactions and the help and support offered so far has been second to none. We will certainly be moving our online shops to this gateway in the very near future and I am now confident the move will not as traumatic as first feared. After getting in touch with the sage pay system and speaking with Lewis I have to say that the service and help that he gave me was superb, he helped me in making a very urgent and important decision, one which without his help would have been very hard to do. I have had to contact sage on a few occassions now and have to say each time I have been met with very friendly, courteous and extremley helpful people so keep up the good work you deserve a very big pat on the back.
Had some issue with a SagePay integration into an e-commerce store and Richard provided me with an excellent support, and eventually managed to solve it all.
Definitely, will do more business and recommend SagePay Limited.

I would like to say how well we have been kept up todate with the current Visa problems, and were able to share the info with our call centres early to help our customers. Lewis came back to us when he said he would and it eased our problems. Thank you for all your help once again.
I called sagepay for help with how to do a card refund for an Internet sale and for help to upload our logo for our online invoices and the chap I spoke to called Lewis was really helpful and explained everything really well and I was able to carry out the refund instantly. I then sent sagepay my logo for uploading on to our online invoices which was then uploaded instantly.

Ray was able to help with a trickier request, it's good to speak to a support team member who knows the ins and outs of their system without having to refer to supervisors or looking things up.
I was really impressed by Laura who took my fraud-related service call. I've worked in card fraud, so I knew the issues and wanted to talk through how to set up Sage Pay to best effect. Laura worked with me through the various aspects and answered all my questions patiently, thoroughly and, where relevant with worked examples. We discussed our particular requirements and how Sage Pay could help in the future if we were concerned about fraud on a particular transaction.
I went away having learned a lot and felt confident to configure Sage Pay for our requirements. Laura was really, really helpful. Excellent customer support.
Very impressed that I was not kept on hold and that my call was answered instantly…first time ever! Usually I have reservations about internet based companies and their support process...no-one to speak to and support emails that go unanswered. Today Sagepay & Ray in particular proved me wrong. My enquiry was answered within an hour with advice and my subsiquent request to do the adjustment was dealt with by the end of the day.

Laguna Motorcycles Ltd
A few payments were missing from our system and I struggled to locate them on the SagePay website, so I contact the support line and Jonny Sands came to my aid. He located some of the missing payments which helped me locate a few more that had came into query as well. This matter is now resovled with SagePay and I am now taking it up with our bank account to receive th missing funds.
I asked jonny if there was anyway to extract the information of the list of daily transactions from the SagePay website into a csv or excel file and explained a way that I could do this.
I found Jonny to be polite, helpful and his respone to all my emails were in good time.
If I ever needed help again I would like to deal with someone as experienced as him.
