Extremely helpful staff
I rushed in to Sam Turners just as they were about to close one Saturday night. I needed paraffin and a camping stove as our electricity had been switched off and wouldn't be re connected till late that evening. The gentleman who served me went out of his way to help and although the rest of the staff were about to leave he didn't rush me. I got what I needed (excellent little camping stove - very efficient) and went home happy. Thank once again for excellent service.

very impressed with this company.
i called them to place an order on 23rd December, due to another
company letting me down with an order for my husbands christmas present. they promised that my order would arrive the next day, when i arrived at work at 10am the next day, it was there. thanks to their great service my husband got a pressie after all!

Super, efficient
Purchased two garments from Sam Turner and have been especially pleased with the customer service I have received. The staff are helpful and the quality of garments although not cheap are super. I would not hesitate to use them again when looking for something in particular.

REALLY BOOTIFUL WELLIES
This was an easy transaction. The wellies were delivered on time and the quality was exactly as expected.
The price was reasonable considered they are Hunters, and the fit is extremely comfortable.
