Some time ago I ordered an all-in-one shapewear item from Sandras-online.co.uk. When the shapewear arrived, I cut the tags off, and laundered it. When trying it on, I realized it wasn't the item that I ordered. I called Sandra's online, expecting an apology and a quick exchange. I was told that the item I ordered was no longer available and Sandra's had substituted the other item for me! I was further told that since I had washed the item it was no longer returnable!
Sandras Online substitutes merchandise without permission, will not take responsibility for their own actions-- at the customer's expense. It still makes me angry that I have an expensive piece of shapewear that I don't like, and not order.

Items were returned to the seller in accordance within their stated timescales, however they were unable to be delivered to the seller as no-one was at the address. Royal Mail left their usual card asking for the undelivered package to be picked up from their sorting office which they failed to do. Package was eventually returned to me 3 weeks later.
Seller fails to communicate & totally ignores emails. Unacceptable customer service & complete disregard for their customers - an amateurish operation. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Fra pengene var var afhentet på ens konto (man betaler med kreditkort) gik der 8 dage til varen blev leveret. Emballeringen var okay.
