Time for a new time-switch?
Having used Sangamo products for 60 years, this neat switch is great. Although the move is towards everything digital, these days, this switch is so much easier to set-up and change time setings. I use it for a water feature in the garden. Exact timing is not critical, changes are generally limited to Winter/Summer time adjustments.
Neat, smart, easy to use.

HAPPY TO USE A UK BASED COMPANY
We had already researched prices and availability and found Sangamo were not only the cheapest, but also a company based in the UK. The quality of the product was as expected and at a competitive price. Basically a win, win situation.

Fantastic delivery, very, very fast. Good Product..
Very Fast delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail couldn't be bothered to knock twice. Had to collect my parcel from the mail office. No fault of Sangamo, they did "exactly what it said on the tin", Good product, right price, excellent delivery, will use again, NO PROB.

I have ordered from Sangamo before and have always found their products up to the job. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives but these are commonly used in the electrical trade as they are reliable and durable. Ordering is simple and delivery prompt. A good company to deal with. Seems to be just what I need.
I bought "Powersaver" WEEKLY Immersion Timer Switch, which has a Booster switch for 1/2 hr, 1 or 2 hrs.
Week days & weekend can be set to different times.
It arrived today. It looks good and has exactly the features I want.
Just need to get my electrician to connect it.
Also, postage was free to Ireland (from Scotland), they also accept paypal.

first class customer service

Great Service
A very good experiece
Jim, the senior engineer, answered my enquiries immediately and helped me very well with choice of a replacement and its operation.
The timer I ordered was delivered very quickly.
I am very impressed with the Sangamo service.
If I have one minor criticism it was that the solar timer I ordered did not come with appropriate instructions.

Sangamo Commercial Timeclock
This was a replacement timeclock for one installed approximately 45 years ago.
It was delivered within 30 hrs of order.
Installation was extremely simple it plugged straight into the existing base, with no complications.

Well laid out website
Found fault on switch. Though would try to get parts so googled sangamo found website easy to navigate, ordered parts they arrived in 48 hrs. with lots of feedback from them. Would recommend them to anyone.

It doesn't get any better than this!
After 20 odd years of perfect service my Sangamo Q551 solar time switch started to lose time then stop. A Google search quickly found the excellent Sangamo website. All the help needed was there, and it made clear, that when the 100hr reserve battery depletes, the time clock motor will stop. The battery should last 8-10 years mine was 20+.
Easy to establish the battery required, so ordered one on Sunday night and it arrived with instructions on fitting on the Tuesday morning. Soldered new battery on that night all working again and now look forward to another long long spell of my outside lights being controlled by this great time switch.

Very good delivery and customer service!!
We (our company), needed a new Timer Switch, for our outside lights.
After conversations, back and forth, with our sub-contractor electrician, and sadly getting nowhere fast, I carried out some internal research (i.e.: What Timer Switch have we already got; Make & Model), then search the Internet.
Sangamo's website was on page one, of Google, and as we wanted this replaced before Christmas 2012, speedy collection/delivery was important. I did check our local Electrical Wholesalers, but none of them were stocking this item and could not confirm when it would be in stock - would have to be ordered in special.
I went back to Sangamo's website, gathered all information, spoke to my Director - he left the option to me. So, as Sangamo were showing for Next Day delivery, I gave them a try.
Well, knock me down, the Timer Switch arrived next morning before 9am!!!
I fitted the new Timer Switch, the same day, in the afternoon, ready for testing when the sun was setting.
All still working well and now we have outside lights again - I can see where I am going now, when I walk to my car!
Thank Sangamo - I know where to go, direct, should we need this timer switch again!!

Contacted company regarding a fault with our timer. As a local youth charity we had little knowledge of electrical equipment and or need however the advice that I was given by the sales team was first class and the despatched replacement part has more than met our need.
