Slow Shipping
Site is good but I was a bit annoyed with shipping. I placed my order on a Saturday selecting 2-day FEDEX freight. The order took almost 10 days to ship. I tried tracking it using the email and the link said the number was invalid. My order arrived almost two weeks later, UPS. No apology email, no shipping delayed email or new shipping information was ever sent. If I were a more aggressive shopper I would probably have clamored for a shipping refund. As it is, I would probably only order from here if it was a special wine I could not find anywhere else.

Hard to find wine well priced and shipped quickly!
I found on the web that Saratoga Wine Exchange stocks one of my favorite wines that is difficult to get locally. I placed an order for a case and it was delivered quickly and pacakaged very well. The price and the shipping were both reasonable considering the weight of the wine. Will definitely deal with them in the future!

i am still waiting for it to arrive after spending the money on fedx where is it?
i am very dissappointed i never got my package and now have to deal with fed x which will take months. never again/

I looked into this today and have the shipping department working with Fedex to locate this package. If they have not located by next week we will reship the wines to you if we still have them available. If we cannot reship them we will credit you for the order.
I apologize for the delay with Fedex. Unfortunately there is not much we can do once it leaves the shop. I will make sure this gets taken care of one way or the other next week. You wont have to wait months.

Great website to find hard to get wines.
It never fails that you always carry the wines that I can never find in my local wineshops. Turley wines are very hard to get. The restaurants buy it all up before it ever hits the shelves . Ordering is easy and the wines are shipped in a timely manner. Only took a few days to get my order. Thanks.

Great potential but need to get the product to me
SW has a great selection adn decent pricing-this is my first experience with them but since I do a lot of buying of wine over the net, I have a pretty good handle on the process. I am concered about shippping though-my order went in on 1. and I have had not updates or seen my product since then.

I am a little confused by your review. We have a record that your package was delivered and signed for on the 14th. You wrote this review 3 days after it was delivered saying it has not been delivered.

Fast Shipping and they ship to PA!
I was trying to find a legitimate source that ships to Pennsylvania and finally found one at saratogawine.com I've tried ordering wine online but a lot of the sites I ran into didn't ship to PA. But was extremely happy to find saratogawine.com and order some Fulkerson's Red Zepplin Red Wine... The stuff is extremely good!!!

Quick attention to a problem!
FedEx's tracking was difficult. My shipment got called back due to concerns about freezing, but the FedEx website said it had been delivered. Probably Saratoga or FedEx should have let me know, but when I contacted Saratoga they were very helpful.

Saratoga Wine Exchange is a fabulous find. They have a great selection of wine at very competitive prices and wonderful customer service. If you have to call, you always speak to a person (no machines) - and everyone is helpful and courteous. Glad we found them.

Happy Saratoga had a wine my wife and I had in Argentina
While on vacation, my wife enjoyed this bottle of wine with an unforgettable dinner. I was pleased Saratoga Wines had it in stick and was able to ship it relatively quickly. The bottles came well packed and were exactly what I was looking for. I would use them again.

Everyone was very nice and the port is lovely, but the shipping and handling were like molasses.
The website is great and I love the port, but when I ordered two-day express shipping to get it by Christmas, the website should have told me that meant "it'll get there when it gets there (i.e. in three weeks)." When I called to inquire, though, they were very nice and refunded my express shipping.

Disappointed, did not get order as promised in time for Christmas.
Ordered wine as a Christmas gift and did not get in time for Christmas as promised. I ordered 10 days before Christmas. Upon emailing them, they stated they had upgraded my shipping to arrive on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, they did not as it was shipped ground and did not arrive until December 27. Very disappointed as his was a Christmas gift that unfortunately did not get to be enjoyed over the holidays. Most likely will not use this website again.
