Saverpoint took my money for a product they obviously knew was not available and are now rattling on about a refund that may take 14 working days. Totally unacceptable. Horrible attitude. They seem to think they have a right to borrow my money!! Disgraceful. Have reported to Trading Standards. Mis-selling - advertising products that do not exist.
I ordered something on the internet at the beginning of December 2012 only to find out (after calling them and finally getting through) that they did not have it in stock. I had paid by credit card on the website. They cancelled my order and confirmed that I would be refunded. Over a month after the initial transaction, I STILL have not received my refund. My credit card company are now raising a dispute notice. I will also be going to trading standards. The customer service is absolutely terrible, they are very indifferent and do not tell you what is going on. You have to get it out of them but that is hard as you only get a standard automated response and no reply to your case. The phone lines are always engaged too.

never received it just told to call emailed and emailed to no avail just ignored took my money, no refund, were only talking a of few quid but this is day light robbery. how dare savapoint just ignore me
I ordered Norton Antivirus (3 PC version) on 10/01/12 with a 3-5 day delivery time. After two weeks of no reply to emails i called and was rudely informed that it it had just come in and would be dispatched the following day. I asked to cancel the order and the man said 'so you want me to get out of my chair and walk to the warehouse just to cancel your order’ the order finally arrived on 28/01/12 and they have sent a version for a single PC. Save yourself time and money by not using this unprofessional and unorganised website. I will never use them again
After several attempts at telephoning, eventually contact was made. I was told the item was out of stock apparently at the time the order was made and they claimed that an e mail was sent to me even though I have received several e mails since that time and have never in several years had a problem receiving e mails from that account.
They stated they were unable to make a refund because of a problem with Paypal and I would have to raise a dispute with Paypal before a refund could be made. When I said I would arrange a chargeback on my credit card they did not want me to do this. Magically, I contacted Visa and received a Paypal refund.
Moral – (1) Just because software is listed available on Savapoint’s website this does not mean it is available but payment will be taken anayway & (2) if you have a problem with a refund on your credit/debit card simply contact your credit/debit card company and raise a dispute.
