auction site item but a brilliant price and service from Scan.

I was looking for a bluetooth mouse for my n7000 and the cheapest option was found on a popular auction site, it turns out to be from Scan.co.uk and i received a fantastic service, i was kept up to date with my order and i was also texted and emailed the time slot and name of my courier.
I was called away to work so i left a note for David (the courier driver) who kindly left it at my safe place as requested.
The packaging was slight overkill but it was most certainly protected for transport, with that much bubble wrap a drop from a plane wouldn't have hurt it, it was definately taken care of.
All in all a great buying experience with no problems what so ever.

The MVP of etailers

When purchasing new pc hardware I always used to use Overclockers but once I saw Scans prices I decided to give them a go.
I wasn't disappointed.

I made my order but then noticed a day later that some RAM I wanted was back in stock (I had chosen something slightly different). I phoned up Scan and they changed the order no problem as well as offering advice about this and that. Excellent service!
Needless to say my order arrived the very next day with the parts I had originally wanted.
I'll be using Scan from now on and have been spreading the word as they say....

If only Scan's competitors were the same...

I remember my very first experiance with Scan, on Stopes road in little lever, a little place with brown boxes everywhere and people came from all over for their keen pricing. well 20 yrs on and everyone still comes from near or far as they give a vast choice of products at great prices! would i buy from them again... yes, would i recommend to others...Yes.. nuff said.

25 years of great service

I have been ordering and buying from scan for 25 years. If they were not generally the best for price and service I would not keep going back.

They have there issues like everyone else, system failures, stock errors etc. But whenever I have had an issue they have sorted the issue out in a very friendly and professional manner.

Simply Brilliant!

Simply Brilliant!

Scan have a huge product range, and usually most stuff is in stock. The staff are excellent, with plenty of knowledgeable people if you need help. Prices are constantly updated, so you should always get the best value.

The sales counter is well worth a visit, especially if you want to see or try out something before you buy.

Great service, items recieved next day

I ordered a 1TB Seagate Barracuda, 8GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 and a Phenom II 965. The Phenom II 965 was out of stock on the day of my order, but after placing a pre-order my item was ready the very next day. Scan shipped my 3 items as one order, they arrived promptly by DPD within the time stated, couldn't ask for a better service,

www.scan.co.uk

Terrible, slow, unhelpful service

Had my 9month system fail on me due to a PSU shorting out. Requested RMA, recieved RMA code and sent out the product packaged securely, and after testing it myself. I then waited 4 days, knowing full well that they'd recieved my RMA.

Upon checking the website's "RMA tracking" i found that my RMA was under the "Awaiting authorisation/replacement" stage, and this stayed like this for a further few days. I sent an email to their customer service department asking for an explanation for the delay, and why my tested product (which had been found faulty) was doing nothing and no progress was being made to my return being sent to me.

I recieved no reply but the status of my RMA was bumped to "Invoice printed" but then stayed on this process again for a further few days. At this point i had waited just under 2 weeks for this easy RMA to be resolved, and then attempted to phone them for an explanation. It took me 5-6 attempts to eventually get through to someone who then explained to me that they had been waiting for a replacement to come into their warehouse for several days, and it could be a further 3 weeks before they would have it in stock. If i hadn't of contacted them myself, i would never have known this, and would never have been able to ask for a different product to be shipped to me.

They had my email address, they had a home and mobile number associated with me, but they never even attempted to update me on the situation.

To make matters worse, when i recieved the PSU it appeared the PSU shorting out also caused my Motherboard to become faulty. It's been 5 days since i contacted them over the phone requesting an RMA number and all i got from them was a copy-paste email asking me to take steps to test the motherboard myself, which i did. The testing they asked me to do showed that the motherboard i had was still not functioning.

I phoned them again after testing this, about 30 minutes before they closed. All i was told was to "reply to the email and we'll process the RMA". I replied to said email, and recieved no response, and still haven't. Apparantly the prospect of home time in 30 minutes was such an attractive prospect that it has led to me being completely FORGOTTEN about by their returns department.

Having waited 3 days for a simple RMA number to be assigned to me i phoned them again, to be told that they recieved my email, but i needed to tell them what the problem was.

Really? I spent a long while on the phone with their returns guy (Gareth) explaining the problems with the product, and now (the same guy) wants me to tell him the exact same thing AGAIN in an email, just so i can get my RMA?

Seriously bad service from these people, and once this issue is resolved i will NEVER be using them again. Utterly unacceptable.

Update 22/09/12:
Checked the status of my motherboard, apparantly been found to be in working order, even though thorough testing by me found this to not be the case. Asked me to send my CPU and RAM to be tested with the board and test boards, but has now been lost in the post with Royal Mail, or is sat lost in Scans returns department. Been waiting 2 months now for a simple return.

I have none of the essential parts for my computer now, and will have to wait another 2 weeks before scan will consider any options for my lost and very expensive pieces of hardware, while they're still holding onto my motherboard.

If i hadn't already vowed to myself to never use them again this would be enough for me to stop using them all over again. I will be using their competitors, even if negliably more expensive, since most places deliver for free, unlike scan.

Scan Computers - FAIL

I placed an order for items which Scan indicated were definitely in-stock. However on the day before delivery (about 1.5 days after I placed the order) I received an email notification that one of these items wasn't in fact in stock and that they would not be adhering to the agreed delivery date or sending a part order instead, until I advised what to do concerning the unavailable item. In effect they simply unilaterally cancelled my order for the agreed delivery date. As I was not in when they issued this email it was not clear what had happened until after Scan had closed for the day, hence missing any opportunity to delete the item from my order (which should in any case not be necessary). In addition, although they had my phone number they did not attempt to contact me to advise the situation, and their responses to emails (if you are lucky enough to receive a timely response that is) are also useless. Customer Service = FAIL.

Clearly, you cannot count on their stated stock inventory to be up to date. If you have a delivery that you are counting on you are going to be taking a leap of faith using Scan. Also if anything is out of stock they will not send a part order. A shame because their prices are quite keen relatively speaking, and their website easy to use.

Good service and very well build PC.

I purchased one of their 3xs systems with a few modifications. The system is very good and has an excellent quality about it. I am reasurred with the build process and quality checks that they carry out that I have a system that will last me for some years to come.

I thought about dropping the number of stars given to four due to the length of time it took from order to pick up. They state that it should take 10 working days but for me it was 15. The reason I decided to stick with 5 stars is that when chasing the delay a supervisor from their build department was honest enough to admit to an error on their part. They then went on to correct this error by quickly progressing the build without compramising the quality.

I've always felt that a company is best judged when things go wrong and how they recover from it. Scan, for me recovered the situation quickly and where good enough to include a free keyboard for the trouble.

www.scan.co.uk

Quick, easy and very good prices.

The service is great. If you order something and choose to pick it up its ready for colection in 24 hours, (most times within an hour). And if you order something to be delivered it is usually next day delivery. I have looked around on the internet a lot for pricing up computer components and scan is always the cheapest. Would never go anywhere else for computer parts. Never had any problems with the service and never had a faulty component off them.

www.scan.co.uk

Above and beyond good customer service.

I used to shop with Scan a long time ago, however I felt that their choice of couriers handled the products too roughly leading to items arriving and looking like they had been dropped in puddles. I also had an experience with them at the time where I had to RMA a product, this was not a good experience and I stopped using them.

During the 2011 Gadget show Scan were there and after speaking to a member of the team I learnt that Scan had made many changes, including the introduction of better After Sales services and switching to DPD as their chosen courier so I thought I'd try them again, and I can't believe the differences I experienced.

Firstly ordering, after ordering my items I got regular updates by email and text letting me know when my goods had been picked, dispatched, received by the couriers, arrived at the depot and then finally I got a message to say between which hours the delivery would arrive at my house. The time given was wrong though, but early by about 10 minutes, not late which was nice.

Then RMA's, some RAM I bought from them in July 2011 developed a fault, I ran Memtest86 and confirmed that the memory had errors so I called Scan who sent me an email with my RMA number and a PDF to print with a postage label. I packaged the memory and sent it the same day, I got an email on Tuesday to say that the item had been received, then a message on Wednesday to say it was being tested followed by another to say that a replacement was being dispatched and this arrived on Thursday. A totally stress free and really fast turn around.

Later I ordered a heatsink, during installation two out of four fan clips broke so I contacted Scan who arranged replacement clips from the manufacturer and these arrived at my house three working days later.

So far, since meeting them at the gadget show, they have never failed to exceed my expectations, I wish all companies would set their base line standards at the same level as Scan.

www.scan.co.uk

Could not be happier with the service.

I have only recently started using scan as i got fed up with other sites, but i am glad i chose to use scan.co.uk!
They update you with a nice little email telling you what stage your order is on (order received/payment authorised/picked and packed/sent out on delivery), in my opinion they're prices are very reasonable and do not come close to overcharging and they're delivery fees are brilliant for the next day service.
All in all i will be using them for all my needed PC components in the future!

www.scan.co.uk

Used this company since way back in 2004 and never been dissapointed once!

I have been using Scan since I started getting into building my own PC's back in 2004. Over the years I have spent thousands with them, both as a personal customer and a business customer (used to run a PC repair service) and had to deal with both excellent and faulty products. Everytime I have needed to return a faulty product they have always replaced it without any problems and sent me on my way the same day. The courier they use is DPD and while they can be a little keen and deliver pre-8am (which can be a pain if you have it delivered to a work address and its a 9-5 place) they keep you up to date with everything along every step, from placement to dispatch.

While thier prices are not the cheapest I would honestly say its worth the extra couple of £'s to make sure that you are going to be backed up by their after sales service.

www.scan.co.uk

Brilliant service !!!

Not that the Scan company is always very fast when it comes to ordering, delivering goods. They are also fast in customer service when it comes to replacements. Recently I had my mouse broken. I sent it to them, the next day they have managed to find the problem and within next couple of days they sent me new one. I highly recommend buying of Scan. Everything I have ever bought of them, their service has been fast, efficient and most importantly friendly in any case. I am well satisfied.

Spot on delivery with excellent communications

Placed an order yesterday and received the goods within the delivery window specified at lunchtime today, which shouldn't be a surprise but believe me, most companies fail to achieve this. However SCAN Computers provided the best communications I have had from an online supplier yet and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. Well done SCAN. Five star service.

www.scan.co.uk

Perfect service every time

I would and do recommend Scan.co.uk to anyone looking for good priced pc parts with great service, fast delivery with piece of mind. I love the idea of the "ScanSure" insurance and take it every time (you don't know when accidents happen). Delivery is always on time (yes, even with DPD). Everyone who I have recommended Scan to have come back to me to thank me for the suggestion. The new website layout is a little odd to me but still looks good too.

Overall, a big thumbs up from me!

www.scan.co.uk

Awful returns service

I returned a faulty PSU to Scan around 4 months ago. I recieved a e-mail that they had got the PSU, about 1 hour later I recieved another saying they had tested the PSU and found no fault. I said I wasn't happy, that was not long enough to test it fully and I didn't accept their test results. So a few days passes and they say they've tested it for longer and still no fault. When I enquired about how they were testing it (to see how close to full load the PSU would be gettting) they informed me it was with a system that used far less Ws than my system, and as a result the PSU couldn't be getting close to full load. I kept asking them to test in a system that was either identical or close to mine but they kept refusing, stating that they don't guaratee the products will work with specific other products. Quite clearly that wasn't my point. The PSU fault occurs at high/full load yet it wasn't being tested at high/full load.
This went on for about a month, then I went on holiday for 4 weeks. When I returned they were still insisting the PSU was not faulty. At this point I contacted the manufacturer who not only acknowledged that this fault is a known fault, easily detectable and would be happy to replace my PSU if they found the fault but they also agreed to pay the postage for me to return it to them (Approx £35 if I had to pay it) I eventually got my PSU back from Scan after paying their disgusting testing fee of £36 (Remember, the first test they did couldn't have been longer than 30mins-1 hours yet they still would have charged this much) and boy was paying that fun! My only option at the time was to pay with cheque. So I pop a cover letter along with the cheque into an envelope, decide to send it First Class Recorded Signed For so I know it would get there. Which it did the next day, but a week later I hadn't heard anything. I assumed they were waiting for the cheque to clear. No, they insisted they just hadn't had the cheque. They weren't interested in the proof of delivery. They said I couldn't prove I sent a cheque, just that I had sent something. I was clearly annoyed at this point and wanted the issue sorted, they apparently think I would waste more time by not including a cheque in a letter that was guaranteed to be delivered. Anyway, eventually I could pay by card, with the understanding that when the manufacturer replaced the PSU, they would refund me the fee.
The return to the manufacturer wasn't exactly smooth but that was the couriers fault. Once the manufacturer had the PSU they took less than 12 hours to confirm a replacement would be sent. Scan wouldn't refund my £36 until they had proof from the manufacturer that they had found a fault (apparently they think manufacturers are in the habit of replacing perfectly good products). The manufacturer was happy to confirm that the PSU was indeed faulty.

This problem should have been sorted within 7 days, instead, even without my month away, it has left me without a PC for 3 months! I will never, ever use Scan again, and neither will anyone I know. Their "deals" are not worth the risk. How they keep winning awards for their customer service is beyond me. Maybe they used to be good, but I'm seeing more and more bad reviews for them, and after this experience I can see why. Avoid at all costs, even if it means paying more for an item elsewhere (Although, if that's the case, I'd suggest phoning their sales department to see if they offer price matching. I'm getting a high-end graphics card from one of Scan's competitors at the same price Scan are selling it. It pays to ask.)

www.scan.co.uk

Sorted Everything Out

Not only do these guys have ridiculously good value deals, in their "Today Only" Section, but the interface for the website helps you get the need to know information about the components you're buying.

Once the sale is finished however the service doesn't stop. When I had a power supply that blew up on a computer I had built for someone else on the other side of the country. It was easy to sort out an RMA, and these guys did it super quick too.

I love that they have a facebook page which allows you to interact with them directly too.

www.scan.co.uk

Highly recommended

At then end of last year I bought a Black Gold BGT3650 Quad DVB-T2 tuner card. A week ago the card appeared to have failed whilst still under warranty. I contacted Scan Computers and was issued with a RMA by return. I sent the card on Thursday, by Friday it had been checked and diagnosed as faulty and a new one was couriered back to me. This arrived on Monday. The speed with which this problem was resolved is awesome.
I wholly recommend Scan Computers' customer services as well as their highly competitve rates on the widest range of electronics one could ever need. No need to shop around, massive selection of hardware, components etc and the best customer service in the business.

www.scan.co.uk

Customer for life!

Purchased numerous times off scan, the only problem I had was when I bought the wrong thing and I just returned it and bought the right one! Decent prices and good reviews for what's good.

www.scan.co.uk

Great company, deliveries are a little hapazard though

I have used scan many times, and will continue to do so. I find their range and prices very good. However, they have a habit of sending things out late. This has not happened to my most recent deliveries, but I would not depend on them delivering on time.

www.scan.co.uk

Poor service

My last post was deleted as it was too negative for display i guess(albeit truthful). So have up my review from 1 star to 2 stars:/ Either way wanted repost to just say won't be using Scan again.

www.scan.co.uk

Poor customer service

I ordered a PC from Scan computers, from the 'Value System Range - Ready to Ship!' selection. I am in dire need as my current PC is distinctly unwell, and I work shifts; I made sure I asked for next day delivery, and indeed paid the premium for a 'Before Noon' service. I didn't just order the PC - I ordered monitors and a stand for them as well, making sure that absolutely everything I ordered was showing as being in stock so there wouldn't be any issues.

I ordered the computer before 9am this morning, and received an email acknowledging the order. The funds were taken out of my bank account, I received an email confirming payment, and then I heard nothing more for the rest of the working day.

Assuming my PC would arrive tomorrow, as promised and paid for, I got on with everything else that needs doing on a day off-shift.

At 5:20pm this evening I received the following email (direct cut-and-paste):

~~~~~
I am very sorry for the delay in dispatching your Value system, due to popular demand we temporally ran out of stock and as such was unable to fulfil your order.
I can confirm that we will ship your systyem tomorrow for next day delivery.
I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please feel free to get in touch with me if you need any further information.
~~~~~

I tried calling Scan immediately, but their line went straight to a 'This service is unavailable' message.

I'm on shift on that day. I will be at work for twelve hours during the day, which is why I'd paid the premium to be absolutely sure it would arrive tomorrow and checked that everything was in stock according to their website.

They had the whole day to contact me and try to come to some arrangement, but instead I got a hastily-written and badly-spelled email either as or after their phone lines closed.

I believe this would be considered poor customer service in anyone's book. I won't be off shift again until next week.

I've ordered multiple systems from them in the past for business use and never had a problem, but this is unacceptable.

www.scan.co.uk

When something goes wrong

You are on your own. The customer service is one of the most annoying and not so helpful. They have good selection of product but you can get better prices ( free delivery) elsewhere.

www.scan.co.uk

Would be 5 stars but DPD (delivery firm) let them down.

Very nice, comprehensive website layout. competitive prices. Bought about £650 worth of components from them. Very much liked the e-mail services they provide where they keep you briefed with your parcels steady progress to your door. Things, however, went very wrong when DPD (delivery company) became involved. Long story short, now on my third day booked off work to (hopefully) receive parcel today. 1st day I watched them drive straight passed my house without stopping then received an email saying I wasn't home, 2nd day they lost/had package stolen so only delivered 1 of 2 and now I am on third day awaiting. I'd like to point out that Scan contacted me and were very good. They refunded my 'carriage' fee and their representatives I spoke to were very apologetic and immediately on the case and had a new parcel sent out which I now await from the dreaded DPD. I see other peoples reviews here saying the same thing as myself, that Scan are great but seriously let down by their choice of delivery company. You can see DPD's terrible record on this website. I would happily pay a little more carriage fee for a more reputable delivery company to undertake my delivery. Time for a change of delivery comany?

www.scan.co.uk

Very nice service.

Ordered a product yesterday, it arrived today with a nice selection of status emails including an estimated time of delivery. Though the email arrived after I got the delivery, it arrived early.

I realised after I placed the order that I didn't pay enough attention and ordered insurance for a very small amount of money. It was added to the basket while checking out. I didn't really want this but I am not too bothered for the small price. I will be wary in the future though.

www.scan.co.uk

First Class Service

Ordering was simple, the carriage charge was very reasonable compared to competitors charges, delivery took place within the time notified. What more can you ask for?

SCAN.co.uk Never buy from them again

Shocking! I have been ripped off by SCAN. Sent faulty motherboard back under OEM warranty. Their Tech Team didn't even bother testing it properly. RMA was rejected and returned only when I paid whopping £24 diagnosis fee. Sent again second time (postage out of my pocket of course) under the agreement they will refund the diagnosis fee+postage if MB is faulty. As I expected they accepted the fact that motherboard was indeed faulty this time. BUT they tried to get away with refund by saying "The motherboard I sent 2nd time was different". How insulting? I sent them the very same motherboard. Shameful Act. I WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN and I will tell everyone to avoid them like Plague. Extremely disappointed.

Update: According to email dated: 12th June 2012 from Customer Service is threatening me that I need to take down the review above instead of offering apology.

Update: Well Scan, if you respect the law, then don't do fraudulent stuff . I spend so much money on your website every month, loosing £29.99 motherboard won't make me poor. Just pursuing this just because what you did was completely unacceptable. With nonsense story, you are just pushing me even go further.

Reply from www.scan.co.uk

Unfortunately I cannot respond to the review with all of the information I would like to as that would contain sensitive data, which would be a breach of the Data Protection Act, however, the full facts have been sent to both the reviewer and trust pilot which factually backs up the fact that two different items with different serial numbers were returned on different occasions and most certainly not the same item twice.
www.scan.co.uk

Scan are great, but I wish they didn't use DPD.

Another two-part review: Scan, and their chosen delivery firm.

My experience with Scan themselves is always great. Orders are taken, processed and dispatched quickly and efficiently. My experience of the customer service is great: I had a problem with a PSU (it was too big to fit in their homebrew "Isotope" case, but the info on the Isotope cases was written before ATX PSUs could be longer than standard - they've fixed the info now), and was granted an RMA on the PSU and assistance in finding a suitable unit. So, on their end of things everything seems to be good.

However...they ship their goods with DPD, who are less impressive. The first package (a full set of computer parts worth ~£1500) was left at the bottom of the stairwell of the flats I live in, with no signature taken. In full view of passers by on a (busy, shop-lined) North London street. Thankfully I went down to check and found the parcel (then had to lug it upstairs on my own, but that's another matter) before anyone could tamper with it.
Today my replacement PSU was meant to be delivered, and I dutifully wait in the flat, not making too much noise. Go down about half-way through the 1-hour delivery window to find a "sorry we missed you" card stuffed into the external door. No effort had been made to contact me or get into the staircase (there's even a dedicated buzzer on the door for tradesmen and deliveries that goes to a separate office). They're meant to be collecting the RMA package on Monday - not sure I hold out the greatest hope that it'll happen.

So - Scan are great, they're helpful and they have a good range of products at good prices (no Mushkin or GSkillz RAM though. That's a shame), but from my experience they're letting themselves down using DPD.

A company that does what its advertising claims

I buy a fair amount of kit, both for personal (business and leisure) and for the occasional build for clients and up until recently I was using another company who are based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. However I noticed their prices creeping up and up and decided to see if there was another good outfit. An old friend said he had used these guys and so I ordered some parts for a new build. I was so impressed with the service that I ordered an overclocked bundle and apart from saving circa £120 everything arrived well packed and on time. Then the ATI graphics card failed and without any question they collected the card under their RMA and a couple of days later they had refunded. I had lots of questions about the overclock on the bundle and their technical people are excellent, I caused a problem and they solved it the same afternoon. No matter which way you look at Scan they perform - Well done guys, others should take heed, it is possible to do the best prices AND provide the best service. Superb. I have now spent a couple of thousand pounds with them - absolutely no reservations in highly recommending them.

Fantastic Customer Service

Scan were recommended to me by a couple of friends and colleagues, so when I decided to build a new PC they were top of my list for computer components.

Rather than a pre-built system I went for one of their "today only" deals. Sadly, one of the components, the CPU, was out of stock, however, the guys at scan were able to recommend a suitable alternative for minimum extra cost.

The goods arrived within about a day, well packaged and all present and correct.

As is the way with PC's, things did not go according to plan. After a frustrating couple of days and numerous email conversations with the eternally patient staff at Scan I was forced to admit defeat and return some components for testing.

It turns out that the replacement CPU would not work with the motherboard's stock BIOS. After the BIOS was updated by Scan everything worked and the components were returned to me, all free of charge.

The system is up and running now and it is brilliant. Great value for money and superb after sales service. I would recommend scan to everyone.

www.scan.co.uk

Great service!

I recently ordered one of Scan's 3XS custom builds as they were cheaper and had a better choice of components than sites like pcspecialist or overclockers, they also had many satisfied customers on their forums over at Hexus which obviously seemed like a great indicator.

When ordering these 3XS builds you're often quoted ten working days as an estimate for when the system will be delivered, I understand that this was an estimate and that they had a bit of a backlog at the time I ordered but I was still a bit disappointed that my system did not start being built until the 12 working days after I had placed my order.

Once the build process got under way however my fears were assuaged, the actual process went quickly and at each stage customers receive an e-mail telling them where their system was in terms of the build process, once it reached the quality control stage where Scan run tests on the hardware to see how it performs I could also view the scores for my computer which was a very nice little bonus.

Once all the stages of the build were complete the system was dispatched the same day, using DPD instead of Netsolve (Scans own courier) as Netsolve would not have been able to deliver to the end of the week. When it became apparent to Scan that they would not be able to deliver quickly using Netsolve a customer service agent named Philip phoned me and told me about being able to use DPD to deliver the next day if I was confident in being able to set up the computer myself, he also informed me that sadly they were out of stock for the speakers I had ordered but he was able to refund the cost for them in the next couple of days. Philip was very helpful and courteous and I think it's great that they give the option of using a regular courier service if Netsolve would take a while to deliver.

The system arrived the next day and was very well packaged for protection, removing the bubble wrap inside the case I was very impressed by the build quality and the wire management inside the case, the build team obviously takes a lot of care with its systems.When I powered the system on I was very impressed by just how well the whole thing ran, the quality was of the very best and I am extremely pleased with its performance a week later.

Apart from the slightly long turnover times (and I'm sure this is just to ensure that all of their systems are of a great quality) I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Scan, I was kept up to date throughout the process and informed of the goings on with my system, the customer services team was also especially helpful with my queries responded to quickly and politely and with the team being very active on the Hexus forums which is great as it provides another avenue for support, the team were just a pleasure to deal with. Perhaps most importantly though the system runs brilliantly and I am very happy with it, I would not hesitate to use Scan again in the future, it is indeed a great service.

Brilliant all-round company

Scan has the best prices on absolutely everything! Their deliveries are very quick and they even give you a 1 hour time-slot to let you know when your items will be delivered. I have ordered many things from Scan in the past and plan to order more in the future. If ever i had any problems, I Emailed Scan and i must say that their support system is brilliant. I got responses as quick as 1 minute in some cases! The support staff are very nice and helpful and seem like they actually value their jobs and want to help you.

Been using them for years and they've always delivered a consistent service of the highest level.
When things go wrong, they put them right. Prices very competitive and you always get the most current UK versions of goods. No old stock and no grey imports. Everyone at SCAN deserves the highest praise. Long may you continue to trade and prosper.

been to this company several times and very good service.

Amazing service

I had to review (I never usually do) to say that the service so far has been great, and I've not even received the item yet! Multiple email confirmations about the dispatch process, and then an email this morning to say when it should be delivered, to an accuracy of 60mins. Very good.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have ordered a couple of pc items from Scan.co.uk, I chose them originally because they were cheap. But I go back to them now because they are fast to deliver, reliable, keep you informed of the delivery status so you know exactly to the hour when your parcel will arrive. They sell quality products, and the customer service is second to none!!!!

I have been recommending this company to my friends, and I shall be returning to them in near future....

Keep up the good work Scan!!!! 10/10

Best online shopping experience

Of all the companies I have purchased from online, Scan are the best. Their prices are extremely competitive, the range of goods offered is excellent, and their regular email updates are second to none. They informed me at every stage of the purchase what the status of the order was, and even provided me with regular delivery updates, going so far as to give me a one hour window during which delivery would occur.

I will shortly be purchasing further computer components and will definitely be ordering them from you!

Excellent customer service! Totally unrivalled!!

I would recommend Scan to anybody. At first, I had a few problems with out of stock items (due to popularity), but the way in which this was dealt was tremendous! A lovely woman named Carrie kept me up to date on what was happening at all stages, and Scan got my order through the system extremely quickly. They even gave me a free upgrade to Saturday delivery to compensate for the problems I faced.

You are the best company I have ever dealt with. Well done, and keep it up!!
