I ordered perfume in time for Christmas and was relieved when it arrived as it beat the bad weather, so very happy. Then I realised it was the wrong perfume but it was too late to return for an exchange. I have no idea if it was fake - as many of the other contributors have mentioned. The packaging looked fine and it was well wrapped etc and therefore in good condition.
I returned the item at the beginning of January as agreed with ScentMall and with their agreement that postage would also be refunded (surprisingly). Obviously a hollow promise as nothing received to date. And as advised by others my emails are now also being ignored.
I have emailed again today and taken the advice of a contributor and added the ECC: Trading Standards in to see if this will have and sway. Fingers crossed!!
