Ordered a Vespa hat online, didn't receive an order confirmation, had to phone three times to find out where my order was. When it did arrive it was neatly packed in a SIP bag!! But they're Yorkshire folk so I can forgive them oh and it took a week to arrive, Amazon they are not
Great service! I have purchased several items and every purchase has been dealt with swiftly. There had been some errors on pricing as they had not updated their website but they sold me the items at the lower price saving me in excess of £50. I was so impressed with the online service that I decided to let them service my Piaggio X10 scooter, not disappointed. I found every member of staff to be friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.
I did not receive any email mentioning that my order had been delivered. Also, one product had the wrong color. I did not mind very much and dis not return but would have been good if i had received a note saying that. I will not order again from Scootercrazy.
