You order something. It doesn't arrive because they haven't sent it. They say In Stock when it ain't. The send it again but they don't. They send the wrong product worth less than half price. There must be a training course to achieve this level of atrocity. Company keeps changing its name. Shame on their suppliers for dealing with them. NO STARS

They took the money from my credit card before they was supposed to (on website it states they won take any money until the goods are ready for dispatch).
This is a legally binding statement between the Supplier and consumer. Thats fraudulent & illegal!
They took my money very quickly but item was never in stock. Website said it was!
Had to call and ask if product had been dispatched. Woman on the 'alleged' sales team, sounded very thick skinned, allot like shes dealt with more problems than you can ever imagine.
A guy called Dave was supposed to ring me to let me know what the situation is. Good job i didn't wait in For him to call as i knew he wouldn't, (don't ask me why, call it a sixth sense, or common sense).
I am now going to have to go through various channels to try and get my money back.
Do a search on the astro forums majority of people don't have anything good to say about this company at all.
If you have a problem with this company call trading standards the would like to here from you!

Both my orders were not available once paid. Both were confirmed as available before I paid, and both involved PayPal disputes to get refunded.
Threatened to never refund me unless I removed disputes. Both illegal and an attempt to cheat...as you refund before closing a dispute...otherwise you can never re-open with PayPal. They must have thought I was a PP virgin. I'm also a retailer so know the law.

Ordered binoculars from Scopes N Skies which were faulty. Sent them back and asked for a more expensive item as a replacement. Scopes requested payment via PayPal but did not send out the replacement pair. Chased them several times and alomost impossible to get a replay via phone or e-mail. When I did they could not or would not check to see I had made the additional payment.
After several attempts I opened a PayPal dispute and they finally responded, offering a free book. No confidence in them so I got my refund from PayPal.
In short, a truly awful experience. They say they pride themselves on excellent customer service but in realty they are hopeless if you have a problem.
The worst company i have used online, avoid like the plague for your own sanity.
