No Communication & no Paypal!
I sent a message (query) via the website, but the 'contact within one working day' didn't happen! In fact, about a week passed & I sent the same query again (about where the button was, in order to be paid through PayPal) - still no reply. I had to RING UK (I'm in France) in the end, and the chap was most pleasant & answered my query, but no apologies for non-response!
I was told that Paypal is NOT, in fact, available, despite the website stating, (and this is a copy/paste) " We can make payments directly in to any sterling account, pay by cheque or alternatively by Paypal."
Notwithstanding, I have today posted off my small amount of gold, so we'll see what happens next! Watch this space!
UPDATE - 5 days later & I have today received a cheque. The amount is Approx. £300 more than I hoped for, so very impressed with this side of it! Thank you!!
Later still - have recommended them to friends, one of whom has already been paid, and is also happy!

We are sorry our initial communications was not up to scratch. We are reviewing our online contact form to make sure this does not happen again. As for Paypal we can now offer this service. unfortunatly our web developers jumped the gun a little, by listing this early as a payment option overseas. We are happy that you received more than you expected, but clearly our communication was not good enough. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, so we in turn can get them resolved.

No need to be nervous
This is the first time I've sold gold. After reviewing the prices paid both online and the high street I chose Scrap Gold Buyers. I was nervous about sending the jewellery, but the company were true to their word and my account was credited with agreed amount with 24 hours.
Honest and efficient, I would use this company agian.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO SELL YOUR UNWANTED GOLD
i only had a small amount of gold as i had sold most of what i had some time a go to a well known company and did not get that much for it, so i was suprised about how much S.G.B give me for the small amount i had sent to them and the speed they got my money to me, if you are thinking about selling any of your unwanted gold give S.G.B. a go you wont be disapointed, i know i will be using them again. I discovered Scrap Gold Buyers on the internet, I sold some of my gold a few weeks earlier through 2 other companies,,both of which advertised on the television and I was very disappointed with the price I received. Then I discovered Scrap Gold Buyers, they paid me the top price for my gold,and their service is exceptional. I posted my gold at 4pm and received a phone call at 10.30am the following morning to tell me the value of it, Once I agreed with the offer the money was in my bank account within 15 minutes . I got my money straight away
