SCREAM WHOLESALE-MAKE YOU WANT TO SCREAM!
After purchasing Radio Control products over 2 1/2 years we had some returns so I took these [personally] to their Hinstock premises[after filling in their returns procedure on line].They accepted them in to their premises but then refused [over months] to issue a credit note!THIS ENDED UP IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT on 13-5-13 when we won the case!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Fantastic Service
Had a faulty item from an event we went to. Contacted Scream by e-mail and the item was replaced free of charge within a day. Brilliant service. It isn't often these days that you get this level of service when you are having to return items. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend.

Excellent service
I have ordered a few items now with Scream and they have been first class, no problems whatsoever, they give very detailed information of your orders and tell you exactly when the order has been picked, packed and dispatched complete with tracking details, delivery is very fast and no problems at all, keep up the good work!

poor service AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After purchasing a few thousand pound worth of stock we had problems with some items, staff at scream are poor mannered swearing on the telephone, disgraced! At the end of the day we are scream wholesales customer and should be looked after but obviously not. We have since has some of the itewms returned due to faulty part which scream wholesale want nothing to do with, they do not keep spares in stock and arnt ordering any, when i asked where i was to purchase the spares they said someone on ebayt will have them. We will not be purchasing from this company again. AVOID AT ALL COST

I FOUND MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE TO HAVE BEEN CROSSED WIRERS TO BEGIN. WITH I WOULD SAY IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM TRY TO STICK WITH ONE PERSON WHO CAN DEAL WITH IT. I COULD NOT FAULT THE COMPANY MY ITEM WAS A BIKE AS I LIVE IN SCOTLAND THOUGHT HERE WE GO AGAIN?. BUT NO ONCE EVERYTHING WAS SPOKEN ABOUT THEY KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELENT. STUCK BY THERE WORD EVEN MADE SHURE MY BIKE ARRIVED WHEN IT WAS MEANT TO. SO THUMBS UP PERSONAL THKS TO JOHN.

Great company - couldn't ask for any more!
We have now bean using Scream Wholesale for many months and will be using them for many years to come. Very easy to use website for checking stock levels before I phone my order through. Wonderfully helpful staff within all sides of the business. I have used all postal services they offer including drop shipping which has mad my life a lot easier!
I would recommend Scream to anyone - in fact, I have put quite a few people onto them.

First class response to problems

Fantastic service and trade deals

FANTASTIC SERVICE
Great dropshipping service. Same day dispatch on the item I ordered. Follow up emails to confirm dispatch and receipt of the item. Importantly, Scream have a recommended retail price for items ordered. This leaves a decent margin for all resellers and stops resellers undercutting each other until there is no profit left! Other dropshippers take note!
I'd read differing reviews of Scream and was a bit wary, but I'd suggest if there were any past problems they've been teething problems. Or else negative reviews from "Dropshipping Review" sites with a vested interest in knocking competitors.
Overall: Great communication.Great Service. Great selection. The real deal if you're looking to resell ride-ons, quads, mini motos, rc toys and make a decent margin.
I've no connection with Scream. Just relieved to find a decent wholesaler / dropshipper. You take a chance with any supplier and this one worked out.

i honestly think you guys are one of the best dropship services out there, 1 thing i especially like is you demand your resellers to put a minimum price on your items to sell, i have just started out and am not in a position to give a full review, One thing you can work on is yout live chat, (always busy). Great products! Slow to resolve issues.
We love your products and they sell well. However, when we get a problem with them it is really hardwork to get it resolved. Trying to talk to somebody in your organisation is really hardwork.

Good Value and Quick Delivery
Scream Wholesale offer quality products at good value and provide a quick delivery service. Any stock queries or issues are dealt with efficiently. However I advise to phone the company direct as emails sometimes go unanswered.
Replacement parts have been honoured under warranty and their customer service have gone the extra mile for me.
Overall very good.

very good company
the company has great people their to help you and fast shipping i stay in moray scotland and they can shipping to me norm about two days, i have bought other goods from other uk companys and they say there shipping is quick but not as qick as screamwholesale and i dont have to pay over the odds for shipping too beacuse of a lot of others companys will charge lots more for shipping because the class moray as the scottish highlands but the scottish highlands is about 70 miles away from where i stay

Very good, reliable service.
I have only been with Scream for a short while but I have to say that every order I have made with them has been processed very quickly. One order I made after 3:30pm and it was packed, dispatched by 4pm. You cant get better service then that.

fast speedy dispatch with plenty of comms. BUT.
Good comms telling yoy what was happening. Speedy dispatch.
BUT after making much of the drop ship facility you find out on checkout that there is a £24 odd extra cost for them to send it to another address - something that is taken care of by a simple address printouty.
This means that there are two charges for carriage completely destroying any profit.
Very disappointing that this is hidden until the item was sold and need to satisfy a customer.
Have decided that I do not want to trade with this business any more.

Don't Dropship with these guys - orders get consistently messed up!
This has happened a few times for me - I do a little dropshipping to earn a bit extra money. For the passed few months I have actually lost money on orders that Scream Wholesale have messed up.
The latest order I placed was closed by Scream without notifying me in anyway. Actually the automated e-mail said my order was being packed and then a few days later I check, due to the customer asking me where her order was, and it now says closed.
Quite angry about this and very annoyed as it isn't the first time I have been messed about.
Due to this I have decided to close my dropshipping activities so I can stop wasting time messing about with orders and focus on my real business that actually makes money!

Speedy & Reliable
Can't fault so far. Quick service, good prices. Could ideally do with more items being in stock but must be hard guaging what will sell this month etc.
Staff are friendly and helpful over the phone.
Done a fair bit of trade so far and hoping it continues.
