Veloci ed il prezzo è giusto
Ho trovato l'oggetto che cercavo (flash subacqueo) ad un prezzo più che ragionevole, dopo l' ordine ho ricevuto subito le informazioni per la spedizione e il numero di lettera di vettura per seguirla. I costi di spedizione sono stati adeguati. Insomma decisamente consigliabile.

Viel Werbung aber kein Service
Die Bestellung von 1.5.2013 ist trotz Zusicherung vom 16.5.2013 heute am 24.5.2013 immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Das ist meine 2. Bestellung bei Ihnen. Auch die 1. Bestellung erwies sich nicht als unproblematisch. Eine 3. Bestellung wird nicht erfolgen. Ich bin enttäuscht. Bei so viel Werbung wenig Service.

Nach Bestellung wird mann von Werbe-Mails erschlagen.
Bestellvorgang, Zahlungsweise,Versand und Wahre sind ok. Leider wird seit der Bestellung bei Scubastore meine Mail-Adresse mit Webung von Outletinn,Snowinn,Trekkinn und Bikeinn überflutet. Ich wäre sehr dankbar, wenn Sie dies abstellen könnten.

ordered 4 items . Ny snorkelling tube arrived 2 days late faulty with 3 holes so was leaking
Order over 200 pounds . One product was faulty. Snorkeling tube had 3 holes in the bottom so was leaking when gone snorkellkng. could actually kill me . Ruined my day . Venom mask did not look the same as in the shop . Dealing with return policy.

Livraison pas top
C'est la deuxième fois que je commande sur scubastore, et c'est la 2e fois que mon colis arrive tout ouvert !!!! Tous les articles étaient bien à l'intérieur, mais le carton était tout éventré. J'avoue que je suis un peu décue...............Heureusement la qualité des articles est impeccable.

Another company that refuses to ship to FPO...
I don't understand what the problem is with companies refusing to ship to an FPO or APO address. If I'm willing to pay for the delivery, and ready to give you my money, why do you care where I want you to send it? I'm in the military and that's the only address I have. You just lost another customer who was ready to buy almost $1000 in products because you have a problem with me not being able to give you my home address.

Bad customer service
Scubastore did't let me know that items i ordered, which was supposed to be in stock, really wasn't. So i waited for weeks on end, and when I tried to contact them, and if I got an an answer, they just answered half my questions... Another thing about contacting them is the annoying contact form. You are forced to use it even after you placed an order. They wont give you an address when communicating about a problem. So for every reply you have to go back to their site, fill in all kinds of credentials, and hope you only need to do it once because often you'll get it all erased when pressing send. And last, you can't trust them to give you honest information about their products. I asked spesifically about an item I wanted to order, I wanted to make sure a strap was included with the belt I wanted. I was told it was not, contrary to what the ad in their site said. The told me to order it separatly. So i did, and it turned out it was included with the belt after all, so I was fooled to buy an item I did't need. Either they are plain lazy or they deliberatly lied to get me to buy more items.
Thanks alot scubastore. I'll be sure to recomend you to my friends, if they like to be f****** in the ass...

Si vous n'avez besoin de rien, l'adresse est bonne !
Lorsque Scubastore décide d'annuler une commande, on ne vous préviens pas et on ne vous donne pas de raison non plus.
Apparemment, Scubastore livre partout dans le monde (sauf en dehors de la région parisienne).

Vous avez passé une commande en date du 29 mars 2013 et les articles n'étaient pas en stock. Nous avons donc passé commande auprès de notre fournisseur qui nous a communiqué des problèmes de fabrication concernant votre article. Après plusieurs rappels, nous avons tenté de vous contacter mais ce sans succès. Nous voulions savoir si vous souhaitiez vous tourner ver un autre produit ou annuler votre commande.
Sachez que nous ne faisons aucune différente entre les clients mais après plus de 2 mois d’attente, nous avons pris l'initiative de vous rembourser votre commande afin de ne pas vous faire patienter davantage en vain.
Nous espérons que vous aurez mieux compris la situation et espérons tout de même vous recompter parmi nos clients malgré l'incident.

Muy buen servicio y eficacia en todos los aspectos
Gran variedad de productos a buenos precios y buena fecha de entrega, excepto en alguna cosa, que no teneis y en stock y teneis dificultad para conseguirla, ( me paso con dos productos), estaria bien incluir piezas sueltas en los trajes de pesca submarina, por lo demas todo muy bien.

Not so good
I ordered a SOLA1200. It came without flex connector. Instead, there was a not ordered pressure tube in the box. I emailed them severl weeks ago about this but no reply.
In addition, the charger was broken, it would have been easy to see this before sending. The mail reply was that I had to go through a long complain chain, so I glued it together myself.
I will NOT use Scubastore again!
