Wide Range Of Selection, Recommended If You Are Sure About The Size
Received my order in time as promised. Satisfied with the Cressi eyes evo mask, however the Cressi lido 2.5 mm woman wet suit didn't really fit me well. I chose the size according to the chart but I don't feel comfortable in it.

Fast customer service and ultra fast delivery times
Before purchasing an item, I sent an email to their customer service asking for clarifications. They replied after a few working hours answering my question fully.
Then I ordered the product in Tuesday afternoon and I received it at the other end of Europe on Thursday morning (practically one working day).

Pas trop mal
Côté prix c'est un bon site mais côté disponibilité c'est pas encore le top.
La marchandise n'est pas en stock c'est normal. On vous annonce une disponibilité pour dans quelques jours, mais on ne prends pas la peine de vérifier tout de suite que le matériel n'est plus du tout disponible chez le fournisseur. Ce qui vous fait attendre une bonne semaine, le jour J un mail pour vous dire que la marchandise n'est plus du tout disponible et du coup le seul article qui était en stock et prêt à être livré est parti au bout de 15 jours !
Sinon côté service et côté accueil pas de souci, très aimable et un numéro de téléphone accessible et sans surcoûts.

Nous sommes désolés de votre mauvaise expérience.
Au regard du traitement de votre commande, Diveinn a expédié votre commande dans les 48H malheureusement l'incident a eu lieu avec le transporteur.
Comme annoncé par notre service client, une grève a eu lieu dans les services du transporteur ce qui a occasionné un retard dans les expéditions de colis.
Cet incident a été hors de notre contrôle mais nous vous assurons avoir tout de même fait tout notre possible pour que puisse s'acheminer au mieux votre paquet.

Computer not in working order
I bought a UWATEC GALILEO LUNA WITH TRANSMITTER.
When I tested the computer and transmitter I found that the battery in the transmitter was flat, which could only happen if the transmitter had been previously activated - I now wander just how 'new' my new computer is.
The most annoying thing is how difficult it is to get responses from Scubastore - it takes days to respond to query and the suggestion is to take the transmitter to a Scubapro approved dealer to get the battery replaced - not simply when I live in Dubai!
Frustrated and regret buying the computer.

Delivered the right suit on time
I did have to ask for help because although the two piece wetsuit appeared to be what I wanted the description in the shopping basket only said wetsuit trousers which despite verbal reassurance I was nervous until the delivery and saw both pieces of the outfit.
Good delivery and good price. Will use again.

No knowlege of product
Contacted support desk to information of what strap to get for Suunto T3D got answer "The T6 straps must fit". It was a gues from the support desk and it did not fit. Contacted the same support desk with help on what to do. No reply. Have also tried to reply on the mail I got on the first answer but no reply there either.

Ware in Ordnung, Lieferzeit viel länger
Ware hat gepasst, jedoch hätte ich die ware nach 1 woche benötigt - die dauer von 3 werktagen wurden bei der bestellung angezeigt ( bei standardversand) bzw. Versprochn und darauf habe ich mich auch verlassen - deswegn habe ich auch im internet eingekauft und nicht in einem Geschäft! Jedoch hat die lieferzeit über 1 woche gedauert.

Schnell und Kompetent!
Ich habe jetzt scon zweimal etwas bei Scubastore bestellt. Sie reagierten immer sehr schnell und waren sehr flexibel bei Lieferschwierigkeiten.
Auch wenn die Preise vielleicht etwas über den eBay Preisen sind, bin ichm ir heir wenigstens sicher, dass alles so kommt wie es soll.
