"Blink" and the transaction is complete!
This company's service is second to none. Instant responses, meaningful updates on progress, light-speed delivery and excellent packaging. Quality of the products is exactly as described on the website. Plenty of technical detail - which I needed for my Portuguese builder. I'm not in the trade, but everything was comprehensible to this layman. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Delivered on the wrong day!!!
Note that this is not a complaint about SDS, but about their carriers.
I received an email telling me that delivery would be made on 17 May, which was not convenient for me, so I took the option to change the delivery date to 20 May, and received an email confirming that this had been accepted.
Despite this, delivery was made on 17 May. Luckily a neighbour was able to accept the parcel.
But what is the point of providing the facility to change the delivery date - AND THEN COMPLETELY IGNORING THE CHANGE?

Excellent service!!!
Helpful emails kept me up to date with the progress of the order and delivery just 2 minutes inside the 1 hour delivery window so no waiting around like you have to do with some suppliers.. Package and contents as described on the web site - quality product!!.

NOT IMPRESSED
I ordered 45cm tie racks with a square rail, I received 40cm tie racks with a 'wire' rail. Couldn't be bothered to send them back but will make do with the wrong ones. Also, the items were priced on the website without VAT or postage so when I came to pay for the items the cost was about 80% more than I expected. NOT IMPRESSED!

Thank you for your reveiw. The website shows the tie racks to be 435 mm which is the size you have received and the price shown clearly displays ex.VAT. The carriage charge of £5.95 for all orders under £50 is shown in the basket. I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. Please return the items amd we will happily refund the cost of the goods and the carriage charge.

Computer said 'NO'
Sent a 10% discount code for online. Near the shop so popped in. Told couldn't use it in the shop. Popped outside onto my computer. Very efficiently got an email back and a call form a nice lady who told me I could pick them up. Must be an award winning waste of time.

The voucher code you have used has a specific purpose and it would appear that some of the details didn't match which is why they wouldn't be able to accept it in the shop.
We are currently changing the way the voucher codes are used on our internal operating system and as a consequence of this the vouchers can only currently be used online or in the showroom when the information all matches.

Super efficient service
Goods ordered arrived the following say and i only placed order about 18 hours previously! well priced, well packed and reasonable carriage charge for such a prompt service. Goods are as describe and quality is as stated. Good to have a service that delivers as mentioned on site. Most are getting more complacent. Keep up the good work.

SDS stock the difficult to find fittings and dispatch orders promptly.
Had been searching the internet for weeks looking for shelf supports to match existing fittings in a display cabinet. Had very little success until I came across the SDS web site, they stocked just what I wanted. Placed order and items were received next day.

Not received anything yet, so request for feedback is premature!
Ordered a week ago, one item out of stock, so have to wait before I get anything! Would have been better to receive part shipment and also would have been better to request feedback after goods have been shipped and received!

Great products great service.
I ordered some accessories for a new en suite shower room. The web site was easy to use, delivery was prompt and the items, one of which was a glass shelf were very well wrapped. The items were of excellent quality. I would highly recommend SDS London.

looking for draw sliders 0n the web and found your site it was easy to use found what I wanted fast so I put an order in and got a reply fast to say order was on its way I was told when it would be at my door , it was. within 1 hour the draw sliders were on job done

Very satisfied with your service
The deivery arrived on the promised day. Unfortunately I was asked to stay at home for the delivery until 13.45p.m. The delivery arrived at 17.10 , with apologies from the driver. The delivery had to be signed , but there was insufficient space on the mobile phone to state that I could not examine the goods, which theoretically I should have done. I trust that I will not have any issues when opening the packages.

1st Rate Service
Ordered the products on Monday morning and to my surprise they arrived on Tuesday morning first thing and that's in Northern Ireland. Prompt delivery - Perhaps over-packaged?
The order arrived promptly, with no issues.
It was perhaps slightly over-packaged - The order, which would easily have fitted in a medium sized jiffy bag (and was my no means fragile), arrived in a box not much smaller than a wine crate (with lots of bubble wrap). But then this is hardly a failing, and would be a definite virtue with anything more delicate / fragile.

As I live in the Channel Islands, I sometimes find that postage and packaging can cost as much as the original order so as I was visiting my family near Oxford I arranged it to be delivered there and I'd pick it up from there, but I had never experienced a service were they email and txt you the day that it will be delivered then on the morning of delivery the time of which to expect it. What a service!. Would recommend to anybody and express how happy I am with the service received.

Good clear website and very quick delivery.
SDS is not the cheapest supplier around but their website is very comprehensive and easy to use. The products I've had from them (cabinet furniture ) have been of good quality. And delivery and all that goes with that has invariably been excellent.
