Good products, efficent ordering, but sent to wrong address!
Main problem is that full address that I gave was ignored and an address checker used based on street number and post code which does yield in my street a similar but different address. So there was lack of attention to detail that I provided.

Thank you for your review, I have looked into your order/delivery and spoken to the couriers. Your parcel unfortunately was wrongly labelled as 3 lakeview,South Avenue, which has the same postcode as quoted on your order, hence the upheaval caused when delivering.

Awesome, friendly helpful service
Made a web order to collect. Went to collect from warehouse, needed another product and even though they don't normally sell stuff from warehouse,as it was in stock it was no trouble for them to make a plan and arrange for me to get it. It save me an extra trip. thank you it is rare to get such friendly helpful service.

Great service, good communication. Very Impressed
Never used this company before. Had to order an item for my employer that was out of stock. This in turn affected how we wanted it delivered. Everything was handled promptly. Goods came in when we were told and delivery was made as agreed - all within our timescales. In between we were kept fully informed. What more can a customer expect.

online shopping are good and beware missing part
I has order the sliding door gear, but part number 059749 are two missing and part number 000339 are missing. when they packing and delivery to us . i has check the part from the pack . there are three missing part .

I have spoken to Rebecca regarding the part numbers that you have noted. I have also spoken to the suppliers regarding this.They have advised me that they include the same fitting instructions for the 40KG Door Gear product that you bought, along with the 80KG Door gear product which they sell. The parts in question are supplied with the 80KG Door gear system. However, I have requested for some additional spares from the suppliers and we are more than happy to send these items onto you.

Quality product, great price...but
Quality product, great price, fast (next day) delivery...but shame the instructions, which had been photocopied so many times over, was very blurred and hard to read detail such as measurements. However, with a bit of deduction work I manage to fit the drawers runners without further reference to the instructions. Needed more spacer washers to fit the width of 50cm cupboard, and had to buy separately from ToolStation, but this amounted to just a few pennies.
Their pre-sales were very helpful and that certainly swayed my decision to purchase.I would place this retailer top of my list for consideration for this type of equipment and can recommend them. Overall very pleased.

Easy to find and order the shelf supports I needed. The price was reasonable but the delivery charges were a bit high. However the items did come within two days, were exactly what I needed, and sds were able to give me an accurate 1 hour window for the delivery time. I have used sds before and will again.

products i ordered (some door stays) were good quality - and there was also a good number of spare screws in the pack, which was helpful because it was a fiddly job.

If you are looking for new drawer runners to renovate your kitchen then look no further. Superb product with an excellent service
We were unsure about the quality of the drawer sides as we were only going by a picture, however we had no reason to be doubtful as the product met our expectations and more.
