EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Just received our new fish tank all perfectly in tact, lots of free extras, quality price, Good comunication, one miner fault i paid for express delivery as our tank was leeking, ordered it on a thursday, did not send it out until i rang them on tues but did come the day after so all is well

Cheap prices and fast delivery
Couldn't believe that on top of getting a great discount on my terrarium (the cheapest in the whole web), I was having it delivered almost immediately by the specialist delivery company Seapets use.

Great price and communication
I found Seapets through a google search and purchased the fluval roma 125l aquarium from them as it was the best price I could find. Customer service was excellent and delivery was prompt. Would recommend and use again.

Can't really fault them at seapets, called for advice and they were helpful and friendly, the website is functional and easy to order from and the delivery was quick and no problems with damaged or lost items.

Fantastic.
I ordered a Kent bio reef aquarium from sea-pets, they were very helpful with my order and answered any queries promptly, also received some extras with the tank worth up to £50! Highly recommend!

Excellent Service and products
I found that the customer service from Seapets was one of the best I have experienced. They were very helpful and dealt with my questions quickly. The products are top quality products that are sold at a price that is better than other retailers. I purchased a Fluval Roma which Seapets includes a range of items to get you started such as gravel and backdrop, they even upgraded the filter for me so I only had to pay the difference between the two. The local fish specialist could would not do any extras and would only sell the tank and cabinet which worked out £40 more than Seapets. Great value for money. I had a really good experience as a customer and can only say thank you and recommend Seapets.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I have ordered a large tank and there has been a long delay as they sold a product they didn't have! After a massive leak from the external filter which totally flooded my brand new living room they promised to refund the cost which they never done and now the case is with solicitor and might be taken forward. Poor response from the company and poor service as well. Definately wouldn't recommend them for large purchases.

Telephoned to confirm it was the tank I wanted and that I could request a set delivery date, found the staff to be very helpful.
Ordered the Fluval roma 125. It arrived on the day I requested, good communication from the delivery firm. The delivery driver was helpful in getting the heavy parcel in the house and waited while we checked it.
Extremely pleased with the tank and all of the accessories, the best price that we could find, even without all the extras! It included everything we needed except the water and the fish!
No problem in recommending Seapets.

Good service
I ordered a Juwel Rekord 800 aquarium with stand, just before the weekend. It arrived a couple of working days later, packed very securely on a pallet. The courier driver waited while I checked inside the box that the tank looked OK. Unfortunately, he didn't want to take the pallet away, so I had to deconstruct it to get it in my car to take to the tip. I was glad to have the "free" items, such as gravel and tap water treatment etc. Would have also liked some spare media for the filter as well! Everything with the aquarium is as expected and I was very happy with Seapets' service.

Excellent!!
I ordered a new Eco Terra Terrarium & food for our bearded dragon. Apart from the price being very competitive, the terrarium arrived quickly, was well packaged and in perfect condition. All communications from Seapets was excellent. Although they did inform me that the courier would be expected to wait whilst I unpacked the tank to check for damage, this communication was not passed onto the courier. Not a problem though! The courier (Coopers) was excellent even managing to get his truck up the 3 mile single track road to our village... a feat that often defeats couriers with smaller vans!! The food arrived several days earlier in a separate delivery. Thank you...our bearded dragon, Spike is very happy in her new spacious home!!

Superb - Excellent company fast efficient and competitive
My Aqualantis 180 Litre tank and stand arrived within 2 days well packed and in perfect condition. It is an excellent product the tank is certainly better qualtity than the equivalent Juwel that I looked at.Great company easy to use informative website - overall Superb!

Incredibly pleased with my purchases..
I brought a 90 x 45 x 45 terrarium and assorted bits. Service was brilliant, fast delivery and all at a very reasonable price. If you need to buy anything for your pets i would definitely recommend using seapets!

Very good customer service
I ordered a Juwel aquarium from seapets on a Sunday afternoon with my 6 year daugher. On the following Monday morning I telephoned seapets to ask if they could deliver specifically that Wednesday.
Sea pets were great, they arranged the delivery for me and the aquarium arrived in perfect condition on the Wednesday.
My daughter was very excited, and I would def. recommend seapets.

Bargain and Great customer service
I bought a marina 60 aquarium and the cost of it was really cheap compared to the other shops (instore or online). I also received a call from them just to confirm the delivery date as i had left a note for them. It was deliveried the very next day which was fantastic. I would definately recomend this site to others so buy with confidence. Great customer service too....

OK Service
I have used Seapets two or three times but I wont be using them anymore.
I had a problem with the lighting in my aquarium so I phoned them, someone was supposed to get back to me and they didn't. I rang them again and the person I spoke to was much more helpful than than the previous but I had to ring about three times before someone answered.
On one order an item was out of stock, after a week or so I asked them to remove the item because they could not tell me when it would be back in stock.
Don't be fooled by their special offers, I always shop around and for aquatics items there are often much cheaper websites to buy from.

Faultless!
I ordered a 125ltr aquarium from Seapets. I was a bit dubious about buying aquariums online after past bad experiences but Seapets made the whole thing worry-free. They were the cheapest supplier and they called me to let me know when the tank would be delivered and to explain the process of checking it with the delivery driver. The tank arrived on time and the driver helped me check it ande load it into my car.
I cannot praise Seapets highly enough. Absolutely spot-on!

I ordered a microchip cat flap. I am very pleased with this product as it is working very well and keeping unwanted cats out. My cat only took a few tries to get used to it. The flap was delivered in record time. I will definitely use the company again

Orded a viv for my bearded dragon on the Saturday morning never expected it to be dispatched as soon as it was but email came on the Monday to say it had. Even got the tracking number so could see it was on its way thank you very much my dragon loves it to :)
