The service was impeccable, the only slight niggle would be the (to be expected) hike in price from face-value.
Thought the service was great. Helped me track my order, and kept me sane on twitter whilst making sure my seller would get the tickets into the post on time. No easy task as it was 2 days before the gig and we were travelling internationally to get to the venue. Tickets were at an inflated price, and I thought it was a little high given the original value of them, but I have no other complaints whatsoever, and would be happy to recommend seatwave to friends who simply have to go to their event, and don't mind paying extra to do so.
