Almost a complete disaster but they redeemed themselves just about!
I raised concerns a few weeks before the event because I didn't believe the seller was genuine. Everyone had received their tickets but me. I was assure that the seller was trusted. I don't believe this was properly looked into at all, and my requests were not really dealt with.
Turns out 3 days before the event he admitted he didn't have the tickets which I'd paid over double the price for 3 and a half months ago. I was let down at the last minute and Seatwave's 'alternatives' just weren't acceptable when they still had tickets for the event available online.
It was only after days of complaining from myself that when a seller slightly reduced the price of their tickets on the day of the event that I was offered like for like tickets as a replacement.
The event itself was brilliant and I'm sure most people would have had no problems at all, but beware sellers can lie all too easily on sites like this and you will have to really dig your heels in to get good service in the event of any problems
