Booked the tickets with ease, the website is great because you can see the view from the seats you are looking at. The communication was great too, two days before the show Seat wave called us to inform us the ticket holders would note issue the tickets, however we were offered better seats at no extra cost to us, fantastic. Collecting the tickets on site at the O2 was simple and efficient, the staff were very polite and efficient. Would recommend and would use Seat wave again.
I appreciated the opportunity to buy tickets to the Bruno Mars concert in Amsterdam on the aftermarket without being ripped off. The experience was easy, the company told me exactly when the tickets would arrive and that I would be required to sign for them. My charge card was charged exactly what I was told. I still held my breath going into the concert on the chance that the tickets were fake. When my party of four cleared the scanners, I was thrilled. I would use Seatwave again without hesitation to purchase tickets. It was the easiest and most trustworthy concert ticket buying experience I have ever had.
I found seatwave through a Google search and was encouraged by all of the positive reviews for buying, but my experience as a seller has been far from positive.
I listed two sets of tickets for London theatre shows on two different dates, both sets of tickets were premium seats.
After going through the registration process and providing my card details (to honour the cost of any tickets I tried to sell but actually didn't have), I tried to list my first set of tickets. It took me FOUR attempts to set the correct date, as each time I got to the last step before confirming the listing, it mysteriously changed to the day after, which had I not noticed and the tickets sold, I would have had to pay for as the date was not right.
After two hours, I finally got both sets of tickets listed. When it came to the day of the first show, apparently my two cheapest priced premium seats, that were also cheaper than several other listings, were the only tickets that had not sold, out of over 50 tickets with many of higher price for not-as-good seats. This seemed a little strange, but I dropped the price significantly to try to at least get some of my money back.
I thought it best to be on the safe side and went to change the price of the tickets for the show two days later as well, but found myself unable to due to an "unexpected error", so the price stayed as it was despite me wanting to reduce it.
I emailed support explaining what had happened and asking them to reduce the price for me or to make it work and got a response over 24 hours later saying that "everything is fine our end" and could I screen shot the issue and send that on. I didn't bother, the response time is too long and it would be a picture of the words I had told them of a box saying "unexpected error" - I still couldn't change the price.
After the day of the shows, both listings simply disappeared - no record anywhere on "my account" to show they ever existed, no email to say the tickets had sold/ did not sell - nothing.
I still don't know - I have contacted Seatwave support who replied with they can find two listings that have "expired" - what does that mean, did they sell or not? I have requested that if the tickets did not sell to have them returned but I doubt that will happen, not because it's a pain for them to do that with all unsold tickets, but because I don't think they have them and it's either because they sold them or lost them.
All in all, I think there were too many little faults/ errors/ delays/ side-stepping from Seatwave and I would have rather given the tickets away for free than to these guys who not only don't help you to place a correct listing, they actively try to avoid giving you assistance and information, leaving you wondering if they sold your tickets or not, with no way to find out as any record of the listing has disappered from your account and they are vague at best in support emails.
If you can, find another way to sell your tickets. I would have rated one star as I think the conduct and set up for sellers is unprofessional, however there was nothing malicious, so I have rated two, although I feel this is too forgiving.
I was sceptical at first using the site, but what a great website! quick and easy and as they were having a promo on half price booking fee's for Jay Z at the time was an extra bonus, the tickets we sent to me the next day and were all good :)! Show was amazing, would use the site again
It was really easy to find tickets to see Bruno Mars in concert and I was confident that I was safe to buy from seatwave. The tickets arrived within a week of my ordering which was almost 6months ahead of the concert. The concert was amazing so I'm really pleased that despite not getting tickets when they were released seatwave meant I could still go.
I luckily found a ticket for a sold out show thank you seat wave .It was lovely the venue was easy to get in and out of via the tram . Staff were helpful and very friendly . The show was great No sound issues at all. The main problem I found with the venue was the leg room in the seating area was small am 5ft 8 so it was slightly uncomfortable. The queue for drinks was pretty bad queued for over 25 mins . Slightly shorter queues would have been nice. Would go there again I would probably stand rather than sit.
When I order the tickets for the Bremen-Nurnberg football game the date was 28 September 2013. When I received the tickets there was no date on the tickets but the note that was included with the tickets said the date was 28 September 2013. When we went to the game on Saturday we were told it was Sunday, 29 September. I cannot see how this could happen!!!

The miles Kane concert was amazing! Good venue, price was very reasonable and came fairly quickly. Had no problems with the authenticity in the tickets.
The overall service is fine and managed to sell my ticket no problems which is just what I wanted. The thing that annoyed me is the postage charges. They don't tell you before you start that the seller has to cover the cost of postage (about £6 for Royal Mail special delivery) so you don't get the chance to factor that into you selling price. The sneaker thing is that Seatwave then charge the buyer £9.99 for postage! When then haven't even covered the postage costs themselves at all! And that's on top of their service charge! Upshot is that the buyer paid £80 for a ticket for which I got £46 for (after £6 postage). Which I think is a very, very high service cost!!!

Bought Bruno Mars tickets at O2 arena. Was disappointed on arrival to find they were rear view -restricted view which was not divulged by the seller! Seatwave were quick to try to sort out problem and offered standing tickets instead which werent suitable. Eventually got a small amount of compensation, waiting for postage refund as I paid £9.99 but actual post was £1.70 and not signed for!!! Think Seatwave were good at communicating whilst getting the problem resolved but think buyers should give all the info when listing!!! As far as the conert goes, Bruno Mars was amazing!!!!!
I know that some reviews have not been the best, but, I think seatwave is great! I have had no problems with any of my purchases. I appreciate that sometimes tickets are quite expensive, but Seatwave don't set the prices, the sellers do. So if they are too expensive just don't buy them! I'm never around at the right time to buy tickets direct, so if it wasn't for Seatwave I would have missed Bruno Mars and OMG the show was fantastic, second only to Justin Timberlake!!! So thanks Seatwave and I''m looking forward to the same great service for JT in April 2014.
Easy to use site, confirmations sent, was updated about when the tickets would arrive with contact details for people who worry (like me!). Tickets came in the post as expected, would definitely use again - although I would hope to be more on the ball & buy them 1st hand when they're cheaper!!!
I was very worried about the length of time it was taking to receive my electronic tickets. Seatwave constantly reasurred me that all was well. In the end I received better very good seats for Fleetwood Mac. The concert was out of this world and thanks to Seatwave I have had the most fantastic experience and a night to remember.
Well, we got the tickets but we were told to pick them up in Milan (we come from Russia and we were traveling last weekend). It is not a big deal of course, but we had paid for delivery and were very worried what was going on for a month. We received a message just two days before the game. Dario apologized for the inconvenience but never told us what was going on about the refund for the non-delivery.
Bought the Jay Z tickets on the night before the show and went to collect from ticket office at 3:00p.m on day of show. Excellent price paid the same as I would of for 1 ticket but I got 2! Half price tickets! Amazing. The show was incredible and would highly recommend going and watching Jay Z live if you ever get the chance. I've downloaded the app and i will always be checking Seatwave for events in my area for cheaper tickets in the future.
I was happy to find tickets on the seatwave website for a Laura Marling gig in Salford only a little above the asking price - however, the huge amount of service charges that seatwave required weren't displayed in the price at first. I recognise it's how they make their money, but could they at least be a bit more up-front about the price?
Had to give them three stars and would have given them more if it weren't for the service charges, because otherwise the service was very easy to use and effective.

I was really worried about buying tickets from the secondary market and when I received my e-tickets that had someone else's name on them, I panicked. I got in touch with Seatwave immediately, who assured me that it was perfectly fine to purchase tickets from the secondary market; that if the venue said the tickets were invalid to provide evidence and a full refund would be given. With heart in mouth, I went to the concert, held my breath and ... We were through the turnstiles ready to see FLEETWOOD MAC!
