Booked 1 night with dinner through secret escapes at The Manor At Weston On The Green and everything was great food was exellent hotel is full of charm and very well kept the grounds are lovely but the most amazing thing are the staff they make you feel special and are always eager to help they pamper you as soon as you arrive there ia a free service to the shopping village near by it was a bit expensive but worth the extra thank you secret escapes
My first booking experience is so bad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't book a hotel just because they said there are sth wrong with it and told me wait another half an hour, and I waited and booked again, and sth wrong again, and another half an hour again.....and then when I called the customer service I need to cancel the booking because I really feel angry about it. they told us that no one in the office and they will call back tomorrow morning. the next day I waited the whole morning and no one called back. During the noon time, I received an email and said my booking is confirmed!!! and I cannot cancel it!!!!!! What????I called the customer service again and they said they need head office to give me phone again....and where is that phone????
i booked a package with Secret Escapes, for dinner on a friday night, bed and break fast for the next morning, the accommodatrion and the food was excellent and the best thing of all the price was just £79 pounds for me and my partner, i have also emailed the link to Secret Escapes to a few friends of mine.
Secret Escapes have great deals and i will be using them again.
Great hotel, and venue really welcoming and positive. Central to all our needs. ( restaurants, bars, Royal Albert Hall, tube and shops. Happy Week Ends.
We went to Marrakech over the Easter weekend and stayed in Cesar's Hotel & Spa just outside town - it was a short taxi ride away, which made it the perfect place to stay for us, as we could retreat from the sightseeing to relax by the pool or in the hotel spa. Unfortunately most of the bits in the spa came at an extra cost, but the quiet pool under the twinkly lights ceiling was free to use, and nice and warm. The outside pools offered contrasts, with music blaring round one with a banging beat, whilst the other had quieter, gentler music to listen to while you relaxed. The nearest restaurant outside the hotel was written up as one of the best in the City and perfect for a gentle stroll to and fro, around the delicious food and wine. Local 'grand' taxis are available at a small cost to take you for a drive in the Atlas mountains, which we'd highly recommend, although you need to be prepared to pay a guide to take you to the waterfall you have driven towards for the last hour or more!
Recently stayed in the Skiddaw Hotel in Keswick. The deal was half price Dinner B & B for 2 nights - cost £228. Good value at this price but would have been poor value at the full price. Nice room, although very small at the back of the hotel - which was OK as it was quiet. Great Breakfast, Eveningmeal was OK but there was a smaller menu for Secret Excapes quests - still a reasonable choice. Overall a good weekend but room was a bit disappointing.
The offer was as stated on the net. Very quick and efficient service. Aa great way to make savings on holidays or short breaks. Would certainly use them again.
My husband and I recently stayed for 1 night at Cliveden House, Taplow - an amazing place in the most beautiful setting of 276 acres of National Trust grounds. From the moment we arrived and throughout out stay we were treated like royalty with impeccable service and attention to detail. We were upgraded at no extra charge to a junior suite and were asked if we would like to take our complementary glass of champagne with the afternoon tea that we had booked. We were seated by the window looking out onto the fabulous par terre as we sipped our champagne. As we had 25% off spa treatments we treated ourselves to a luxurious treatment each and made use of the relaxing pools and hot tubs which again was top class. We took a 2 hour walk around the grounds and all staff there were also polite and informative as to the history of the house and the work they were doing. We dined in the Club room which was converted from Lord Astor's stables - a lovely intimate restaurant with horse themed stools and table legs! our suite, the Lord Orkney was beautifully decorated and the handmade Cliveden bed the most comfortable we had ever slept in! breakfast was very enjoyable too in a lovely room with amazing views again of the grounds. Our car was brought round to the front of the hotel for us on departure as we very reluctantly left after such a wonderful stay. Would love to return and at no point were we made to feel that because we were there on an 'offer' we were not as special as every other guest - a real success.
We booked a trip to stay at Bovey Castle Hotel through Secret Escspes. Booking was simple and the break was fantastic, luxurious and relaxing. Staff at Secret Escapes were efficient and at the hotel were amazing. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
I think this website is great, I'm quite addicted and go on to it every day looking at all the offers. Booking with them is so easy too, I wanted to change the dates on a hotel I'd put on hold and they changed it no problem. Highly reccommend them.
well what can i say my partner and myself were treated like royalty we decided to spend two nights in somerset at the somerset hotel and spa we couldnt have asked for a better location, hotel and staff. the room was gorgeous and the cleanliness was top marks loved the freestanding roll top bath all staff were very friendly and helpfall the food was absolutely out of this world definitely go back it was definitely a momorable stay cant wait to book another trip with secret escapes with huge savings. included in the price was a complimentary dinner on first night and a bottle of wine and a cream tea ! from a very satisfied customer thankyou again secret escapes you made the bookings easy to do and gave us a huge choice
We booked into the lovely Lindeth fell country house hotel which we booked through Secret Escapes. We were visiting our son in Lincoln and travelling from Scotland decided to stop over one night on the way down and again on the way back up to break the journey. It was a great idea and we would use Secret Escapes again to find us a lovely hotel and a greatly reduced price. Thanks again.
Couldn't have been more helpful, I had to change dates twice and it was never any trouble. I knew I might be lucky to get it changed the first time but wow to get it done twice awesome staff. Thanks guys for sorting it out & yes they did explain both times they might not be able to... Headline says it all thanks :)
Lovely website. Lots of wonderful escapes to choose from. Massive savings.
Customer service - very helpful.
Booked the Marine Hotel In North Berwick, dinner, bed and b/fast with a bottle of wine in the room, £133 instead of well over £250. Brilliant value.
wonderful place
Beautiful decor so we were quite surprised to see a bath in the alcove to the bedroom!
It was a lovely bath though
We have used Secret Escapes on 3 occasions including a holiday abroad and would certainly use them again.
We booked an amazing spa deal and from start to finish it was worth every minute and penny spent.
We found staying at the Hintlesham Hall Hotel a real treat. The food was absolutely unfaultable and presented beautifully. Staff were all very friendly and willing to go that extra mile. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. In house room service also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for somewhere a little special.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedroom was high tech and spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and responded quickly to a query.
Was not so impressed with the Marco Pierre White restaurant. Prententious and expensive and not that well cooked.
The breakfasts were however first class.
Recently booked a night away for my Boyfriends birthday, it was a lovely hotel very good price for what we got and Secret Escapes sold it perfectly.
Would use them again.
I have only used their services once, but found everything to be so straightforward and simple to book.
We had a superb couple of nights in a lovely hotel in Gloucestershire and the deal was fantastic value.
We would definitely use again.
We booked a one night stay in Liverpool. Our Hotel was lovely, the meal included in the deal was one of the best meals we have ever had, the people were friendly and we had such a brilliant time. Thank you

The offer was good value for money to stay in a high quality hotel in a great location. We went for my wives 30th Birthday and had a great time.

The journey was woeful if the crossing was good every thing would be super.
The Hotel was fantastic, the staff was brilliant,
We had a lovely view over st Heller.
This was a lovely Escape to Jersey.
We have always found Secret Escapes to be just that... Great venues, superb packages and a very easy-to-use service. Every one of our holidays booked through Secret Escapes has lived up to our expectations. The choice of locations and value-for-money can be matched elsewhere but Secret Escapes has a knack of putting the unusual or extravagant within easy reach. That's why we coming back.....
Secret escapes is one of the best websites for lightening a heavy day - just looking at what is on offer makes me feel inspired! And when I have actually taken a deal the hotel always takes good care of me/ us - none of this being pressed into the worst and cheapest room in the house because " you got a deal and didn't pay rack rate". The added perks ( 10% off spa treatments, breakfast etc...) are a welcome treat. So far I have never been disappointed.
Very simple and efficient and the hotel we booked was fantastic.
We would highly recommend using secret escapes for a mini break in the uk
We do not have experience of their overseas hotels but if the uk is anthing to go by we suspet you wont be dis appointed
I would definaley recommended secret escapes , the website and booking system is easy to use and they have some great deals .
I would fully recommend Secret Escapes if you are wanting a value for money experience. The booking aspect was so easy. The hotel we booked was wonderful - a 5* experience in a 5* hotel. We will definitely be on the lookout for this hotel again. The staff were great, the room was lovely - well equipped and spotlessly clean, breakfast was very good. To top it all, we had tickets to see Mick Hucknall in concert - a fabulous weekend. Make sure you use Secret Escapes to secure yourself a great deal when you have the opportunity.
I use secret escapes for my business stop overs - good city hotels at sensible prices! Beats staying at the premier inn types every time!
When I cocked up and booked the wrong night a simple phone call and Secret Escapes sorted immediately despite it being a 'no changes' deal...
Can recommend highly enough! Going to try a holiday in the new year..
I really like Secret Escapes because it presents so many wonderful opportunities to explore this country and further afield. All the hotels and accommodation we have tried have so far been excellent, just as good or better than described, bargain prices and freebies thrown in, all really great value for money. To be honest, you can't go wrong!
I booked a night's stay and a meal- the hotel was lovely and we got upgraded too! Dinner was gorgeous, 3 courses! The booking was smooth and easy: I will definitely use you again!
Has some super offers. Always worth a look . Easy to book .
