Good service good products
Used this company on lots of occasions. They have some great offers and good prices.
Best to order in bulk to save on postage.
You do wait for your goods but this is explained at time of purchase, I would def recommend and use again and again!

A new selection every day.
I paid £30 for free postage for a year and that has been very worthwhile as I often buy clothes and shoes for my teenage children from Secretsales. I have noticed over the past few weeks that I now receive orders and refunds much quicker, which is great. It would be nice if returns were free. Generally I think Secretsales is a great website with a good variety of products available, and a new selection every day. Customer Services have always been very helpful and efficient. Thanks!

Great brands, some already known to me and others I've discovered through secret sales! Really good offers, and love the fact there are regular discount codes on top of the sale prices and the opportunity to earn vouchers. Deliveries arrive timely and they are always packaged well. Have been recommending the site to my friends and family!

Great, professional, 100% impressed
I am a regular shopper with secretsales, and think it really is superb. The variety of things available to tempt you is fantastic.
I have brought dresses, shoes, bags and homeware, from some of the best know international premium brands.
They items always arrive well packaged, and if you are not happy just return it and money is back into your bank in a day or two. No quibbles.
Recently I was very impressed, upon arriving home from work i found a delivery by secret sales with a damaged box. I was opening the paperwork to try and get the phone number to call, when I received a call from secretsales. They told me the box was damaged (reported by the driver) asked if anything was broken. I had a look inside the box, and unfortunately the glass in one on the lamps was broken. I was offered full refund, and received an apology. Come on, lets be honest how often does this happen! Keep up the good work. Over 25 items ordered and delivered and I choose to give a 100% to secretsales.

Slow and items not actually in stock, expensive postage.
I ordered two OPI nail varnishes from secret sales. I originally only wanted Lights of Emerald City but as postage was £4 I ordered a base colour to go underneath it.
My order was 'delayed', then it was 'packaged and ready to go' then the polish I wanted was 'no longer in stock'. If it was not in stock in the first place, why list it for sale?
Basically I am getting the base colour and not the colour I came to the site to purchase originally.
Charged a fortune for postage and delayed service... I could have had my item in my hands for the identical price by now.
I will not use again.

Great choice, reliability and good service.
Secret Sales is a secret I have shared with a number of people so far, who have commented on my funky shoes or sandals in particular. They can't believe it when I tell them how much I paid for them. I do nearly all my shopping on line, but Secret Sales is like a giant department store, with a sale on in different departments every day. Since I started shopping with Secret Sales I have hardly visited the shops at all, a boon for someone who is very busy. I haven't been disappointed with anything and returns have been straightforward and swiftly expedited. When I have had a query, Customer Services has always replied promptly, something that I value as a customer. Like any shop the proof of a good retailer is in what happens when there is a problem.

Helpful customer service
After my first purchase from secretsales, there were some issues in regards to the items I had gotten being faulty. But throughout the whole return / refund process, the customer service team was very courteous. And in the end, all the issues were resolved which is great.

The Secret within the Secret.....
I have shopped with SecretSales for many years. I have had some amazing and wonderful bargains for family, friends & even myself.... from clothes to bed linen to beautiful china etc Some designs were contemporary and others classical. I strongly recommend getting the delivery deal for a year.... I saved a fortune!! But my best transaction was the one I received from my daughter, Lizzie, this year for my birthday. She also, shops at SecretSales, after my introduction {clever me!}. She bought me the most exquisite vintage Chanel heart earrings!!! They haven't left my side!!! However, what I'd really like to tell you about, if you don't already know, is The Secret. After all this time I have only recently discovered it.... It's set like individual pages of a magazine so you can click on articles that interest you. I guarantee a lot will fascinate... I've just entered the competition for the Vintage Cartier sunglasses. Of course, I entered Audrey! Sadly, I missed the Luxury Spa Break for Two competition... There are some lovely recipes too. I've tried quite a few. They're usually quick to prepare & delicious. This month there's a yummy Keralan Prawn curry recipe by The Hairy Bikers, Dave & Si.... The recipe is easy & instead of using a pinch of Asafoetida, I used 2 peeled & minced garlic cloves sautéed in ghee or veg. oil... (equivalent of 1/2 tsp of Asafoetida). Much better substitute as there's a good reason why that spice is sometimes known as "Devil's dung!" .... The Honey & Ginger Chicken looks tempting... Plus girls, my French friend informed me that ginger is an aphrodisiac!!! So only one word left.... ENJOY!!!! xxxx

I have shopped with Secretsales for quiet a few years now and I am so pleased I found them. The selection of sales and prices will blow you away, too many bargains in one place you will be spoilt for choice. I have never been disappointed with the quality or service and would highly recommend them. I have looked around a few other online sites but none compare as far as I am concerned. The site is easy to navigate around and buying is simple and secure. Items are always packaged well and if you ever have a reason for returning anything it is straight forward and refunds are paid promptly. Give 'Secretsales' a go you wont regret it :)

Designer shopping at home
I have really come to love shopping with Secret Sales, it has become one of my personal treats and is in my 'take care of myself' plan. It is so nicce to be able to sit at homeand browse through the hwole site, or aim for something particuler; and when it arrives to enjoy the processofopening it and finding that it is always excellent and can be places in your wardrobe or home, or given as a gift. I have shopped around allover the place over the years, but have increasingly focused on Secret Sales as ahighly competitive outlet, with the luxury of avoiding any unpleasantness that can often accompany going out to buy. The delivery prices are extremely good, and you could easily spend that amount and more trailing around one shop after another. I will always shop with them, as they provide the best of items, and erase any need to continually compare and wonder wht to buy and where from.

Amazing website with amazing deals!!
Secret sales is literally the best website around. The variety of clothes, homeware, shoes and designer brands is amazing. As a fan of designer brands I'm addicted to this site. The service is excellent, the emails regarding the status of your order and delivery etc are so reliable and their refund procedure is so fast. I purchase from them on a weekly basis as they always have something I love!! Don't know what is do without secret sales it's addictive!!! Highly recommend secret sales!

Real good bargains on wide ranges of sale items!
Need more designer selections, I.e. van clleef, bvulgari etc. and when you launch it, I hope not to see half of the items have been sold out!, just looks like there are secret buyers way before the items are launched!

Great web site with good Customer Service based in UK
I have ordered a number of items from Secretsales from cosmetics to shoes all at brilliant prices - much cheaper than the sales in dept stores. If you wait long enough something that you need will be on sale here. At first I was dubious about delivery & customer service but you are emailed and kept up to date with how your order is progressing AND if there is a problem (like I had with my last order) you can call customer services who are very responsive and who will sort it out there and then. Great prices, Great after sales what's not to like!

secret sales forget the high street shops the company that has everything for everybod from house hold items to clothing to jeweleryy the prices are incredabile the designers to to many to name them all i love jewelery bling is my thing your choices never seems to stop amazing mee and the fact that after at least one purchase your brilliant idea of charging us that set fee means that myself and thousandsd of auther people cann shop till wee drop and wee dont need to pay any postage for a year if wee choose to take that option a tottaly brilliant idea thanks a million your company is to to fabulous for words i have a saying dont be great be fabulous always and i truly belive that you are just that . a safe way of shopping a magical emporium with so mutch to offer at amazing prices. thank you secret sales stay fabulous . william glitterboy2000

Always good to view the SecretSales website everyday
Secret Sales offer a wide array of goods for the home, clothes and shoes. There are some excellent brands at good prices. It is always fun browsing through the site. I have purchased some lovely items and have always received a great service. You are told exactly when the goods will arrive and the couriers can take any additional instructions. The refund process is good too. There are drop off points for you to take your goods to if you can't get to a Post Office. I have never had any problems with refunds.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend this site.

A small problem solved quickly and efficiently by a Customer Services Advisor
I have only started to use this site this year, but have made multiple purchases, always to my great satisfaction. Last week I received an e-Voucher from SecretSales.com as a "thank-you" gift for being a good customer (25% off my next order). However, when I tried to use it at Checkout as instructed, it did not work. I decided to go ahead with my purchase, anyway, as the deal was expiring that night, but contacted Customer Services via e-mail the very next day to complain that my e-Voucher did not work. To my absolute delight I received a reply within a few hours offering me a refund of the 25% of my order total, and an email confirming that the refund was made. I am very impressed with the way my issue was dealt with!

I have used secretsales for a few years now and I am a very satisfied customer. Goods are always brand new, as seen on website, always delivered on time, in the promised timescales. I have never returned any item, only once I received a faulty item and the excellent customer service processed a refund in the most prompt manner! I couldn't complain at all! Simply fabulous! :)

Puts many online retailers to Shame!
I absolutely love browsing items and shopping on Secretsales.com and I have been shopping with them for few years. It can be a wonderful experience, as long as you are prepared to wait. There are many brands that may be hard to find on every high street, Secretsales.com has bought access to such brands at your finger tips. I have been provided best customer service upon contacting them and cannot comprehend that Secretsales.com has achieved milestone over last few years. Keep up the goodwork!

Good selection, great prices
I use Secretsales.com a lot to buy designer clothing, watches etc. The prices are hard to beat and their selection is huge.Other than being affordable you can see which items are actually high quality. I also love the fact that I get all of my items delivered free and their yearly delivery package saves me fortune!

Fabulous Designer brands at a great discount every day
I have been shopping at Secret Sales for quite a few months and think it's fabulous. The goods are well photographed and are always as described. If a vintage item is on sale they will show a close-up pic of any blemish, so you can see exactly what you're buying. I find they have a better selection of goods than rival websites. Also, Secret Sales is marvellous for finding a gift that is just that little bit different - and at a great price. Sometimes the delivery times can be rather long, so you need to check the dispatch date, which is always stated, before you place your order. There are several sales a day, so there are always new products to see.

I hate to give away this secret.....but I think they deserve a great rating!
...but, credit where credit is due. This site is fabulous. Really good deals (altho ALWAYS check out the other websites as often they are not the best prices available). But - if all things are equal, I will always order it with secretsales as their service is great, their communication is great and the 'get it' with regards to customer service.
I wish they could give a clue as to 'quality' as some items aren't that great - but I have always been able to return.
I also wish they would offer free returns for heavy users like myself.

Do not keep this secret to yourself!
I have been with this website for years! That should tell you something! No hidden nasties! Their sales are genuine. No quibble refunds. Easy returns. I also like the fact that a picture of your purchase is always shown on your history of orders. Yes, I do need a reminder,because I am such a regular spender! The pictures of the goods for sale are also very clear and descriptive. Can't say much more, just very happy with them.Watch out for their amazing extra discounts!

Great company, great brands and fantastic customer service
Secret Sales are my new favourite online designer bargains site. They are cheaper than their main rivals. Their customer service is excellent, particularly the fact you receive an immediate email confirming a refund until their rivals. They have a great selection of brands. I'm a convert!

Fantastic company, I have made various purchases, all great!
Having seen the advert on tv, I had to take a look and was so glad I did! Since then I have made numerous purchases, too many to name, both for the house and of course for myself. I have been really pleased with every purchase. They have arrived in excellent condition. The variety of products are great and it saves me having to go out to search the high street stores for all the lovely products. The prices are unbeatable. The courier asked me last week what I keep ordering from the website and I was more than pleased to recommend she had a look on line. She asked me about the quality of the products, for which I replied, she had no worries, everything is great! I don't have much spare time to go shopping, so this is my treat and I will definately be doing a lot more shopping with Secret Sales. I know the courier was pleased, she said to keep up the good work!!

Pleasant Experience
Today, I purchased few pairs of shoes from Secretsales. After placing the order I realised I wanted few more other bits. Called up Secretsales, explained my situation and they where happy to refunded my postage on the first order as a goodwill gesture, so that I didn't pay of postage twice.
I've been using Secretsales for few years now and I'm glad to say their customer service has improved.

SecretSales Andrea is AWESOME
Having ordered a lovely quirky pair of DM Camouflage boots from SecretSales.com I was eagerly tracking my order in excited anticipation of the delivery between the 22nd & 25th of March. It didn't happen. Looking at the options to find out where Hermes had got to with my delivery as they wouldn't tell me personally I turned to Facebook to name and shame in public. After messaging customer service at SecretSales.com, the lovely Andrea assured me she would look into the mystery of the missing boots & come back to me..... & she kept her promise, in a polite, responsive & friendly manner. My expectation of having to moan & groan about my missing parcel, was quickly turned into a friendly chat and Andrea gave me the information I wanted, with expected timescales of the delayed delivery. If more companies took example from Secretsales.com, the world of Internet shopping would be a happier place!!

Awful, multiple times not even an order sent after long delay
This is a suspicious site. Don't expect that what you order actually arrives.
Ordered twice and had to investigate why nothing was ever sent long after promised delivery date.
Always had some dubious excuse for not delivering.
Don't use them. Not trustworthy!

2013 Best customer Service!! and Best Shopping Website !!..
My sister recently invited me to join Secret sales.. At first I wasn't convinced as I thought it was like any other website.. but within a few days I realised Secret Sales is A LOT more!!!.. And I say this as they put their costumers 1st!!.. they are very generous and within few hours I was addicted .. and following the sales and trends .. I also loved the variety of stuff they had.. and who doesn't appreciate designer goods at low price!! ..
and if that wasn't enough, they ALSO give you discount codes such as free delivery codes on your first buy ..
All I can do is thank my sister for introducing me and Secret Sales team for living up to the expectation..

Great Service from start to finish
I have made numerous purchases from Secretsales in recent months, the website is so fun and easy to navigate, there's always a great variety of brands available, far better than other discount sale sites. Items from the sales arrive well within the expected time and I get so excited when my package arrives. I've had to contact their customer service department on two occasions, their response was prompt and resolved any issues that I'd had. I am on the site almost every day looking to see what amazing items are either on sale or upcoming, a must visit.
