Real good bargains on wide ranges of sale items!
Need more designer selections, I.e. van clleef, bvulgari etc. and when you launch it, I hope not to see half of the items have been sold out!, just looks like there are secret buyers way before the items are launched!

Great web site with good Customer Service based in UK
I have ordered a number of items from Secretsales from cosmetics to shoes all at brilliant prices - much cheaper than the sales in dept stores. If you wait long enough something that you need will be on sale here. At first I was dubious about delivery & customer service but you are emailed and kept up to date with how your order is progressing AND if there is a problem (like I had with my last order) you can call customer services who are very responsive and who will sort it out there and then. Great prices, Great after sales what's not to like!

secret sales forget the high street shops the company that has everything for everybod from house hold items to clothing to jeweleryy the prices are incredabile the designers to to many to name them all i love jewelery bling is my thing your choices never seems to stop amazing mee and the fact that after at least one purchase your brilliant idea of charging us that set fee means that myself and thousandsd of auther people cann shop till wee drop and wee dont need to pay any postage for a year if wee choose to take that option a tottaly brilliant idea thanks a million your company is to to fabulous for words i have a saying dont be great be fabulous always and i truly belive that you are just that . a safe way of shopping a magical emporium with so mutch to offer at amazing prices. thank you secret sales stay fabulous . william glitterboy2000

Always good to view the SecretSales website everyday
Secret Sales offer a wide array of goods for the home, clothes and shoes. There are some excellent brands at good prices. It is always fun browsing through the site. I have purchased some lovely items and have always received a great service. You are told exactly when the goods will arrive and the couriers can take any additional instructions. The refund process is good too. There are drop off points for you to take your goods to if you can't get to a Post Office. I have never had any problems with refunds.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend this site.

A small problem solved quickly and efficiently by a Customer Services Advisor
I have only started to use this site this year, but have made multiple purchases, always to my great satisfaction. Last week I received an e-Voucher from SecretSales.com as a "thank-you" gift for being a good customer (25% off my next order). However, when I tried to use it at Checkout as instructed, it did not work. I decided to go ahead with my purchase, anyway, as the deal was expiring that night, but contacted Customer Services via e-mail the very next day to complain that my e-Voucher did not work. To my absolute delight I received a reply within a few hours offering me a refund of the 25% of my order total, and an email confirming that the refund was made. I am very impressed with the way my issue was dealt with!

Excellent
I have used secretsales for a few years now and I am a very satisfied customer. Goods are always brand new, as seen on website, always delivered on time, in the promised timescales. I have never returned any item, only once I received a faulty item and the excellent customer service processed a refund in the most prompt manner! I couldn't complain at all! Simply fabulous! :)

Puts many online retailers to Shame!
I absolutely love browsing items and shopping on Secretsales.com and I have been shopping with them for few years. It can be a wonderful experience, as long as you are prepared to wait. There are many brands that may be hard to find on every high street, Secretsales.com has bought access to such brands at your finger tips. I have been provided best customer service upon contacting them and cannot comprehend that Secretsales.com has achieved milestone over last few years. Keep up the goodwork!

Good selection, great prices
I use Secretsales.com a lot to buy designer clothing, watches etc. The prices are hard to beat and their selection is huge.Other than being affordable you can see which items are actually high quality. I also love the fact that I get all of my items delivered free and their yearly delivery package saves me fortune!

Fabulous Designer brands at a great discount every day
I have been shopping at Secret Sales for quite a few months and think it's fabulous. The goods are well photographed and are always as described. If a vintage item is on sale they will show a close-up pic of any blemish, so you can see exactly what you're buying. I find they have a better selection of goods than rival websites. Also, Secret Sales is marvellous for finding a gift that is just that little bit different - and at a great price. Sometimes the delivery times can be rather long, so you need to check the dispatch date, which is always stated, before you place your order. There are several sales a day, so there are always new products to see.

I hate to give away this secret.....but I think they deserve a great rating!
...but, credit where credit is due. This site is fabulous. Really good deals (altho ALWAYS check out the other websites as often they are not the best prices available). But - if all things are equal, I will always order it with secretsales as their service is great, their communication is great and the 'get it' with regards to customer service.
I wish they could give a clue as to 'quality' as some items aren't that great - but I have always been able to return.
I also wish they would offer free returns for heavy users like myself.

Do not keep this secret to yourself!
I have been with this website for years! That should tell you something! No hidden nasties! Their sales are genuine. No quibble refunds. Easy returns. I also like the fact that a picture of your purchase is always shown on your history of orders. Yes, I do need a reminder,because I am such a regular spender! The pictures of the goods for sale are also very clear and descriptive. Can't say much more, just very happy with them.Watch out for their amazing extra discounts!

Great company, great brands and fantastic customer service
Secret Sales are my new favourite online designer bargains site. They are cheaper than their main rivals. Their customer service is excellent, particularly the fact you receive an immediate email confirming a refund until their rivals. They have a great selection of brands. I'm a convert!

Fantastic company, I have made various purchases, all great!
Having seen the advert on tv, I had to take a look and was so glad I did! Since then I have made numerous purchases, too many to name, both for the house and of course for myself. I have been really pleased with every purchase. They have arrived in excellent condition. The variety of products are great and it saves me having to go out to search the high street stores for all the lovely products. The prices are unbeatable. The courier asked me last week what I keep ordering from the website and I was more than pleased to recommend she had a look on line. She asked me about the quality of the products, for which I replied, she had no worries, everything is great! I don't have much spare time to go shopping, so this is my treat and I will definately be doing a lot more shopping with Secret Sales. I know the courier was pleased, she said to keep up the good work!!

Pleasant Experience
Today, I purchased few pairs of shoes from Secretsales. After placing the order I realised I wanted few more other bits. Called up Secretsales, explained my situation and they where happy to refunded my postage on the first order as a goodwill gesture, so that I didn't pay of postage twice.
I've been using Secretsales for few years now and I'm glad to say their customer service has improved.

SecretSales Andrea is AWESOME
Having ordered a lovely quirky pair of DM Camouflage boots from SecretSales.com I was eagerly tracking my order in excited anticipation of the delivery between the 22nd & 25th of March. It didn't happen. Looking at the options to find out where Hermes had got to with my delivery as they wouldn't tell me personally I turned to Facebook to name and shame in public. After messaging customer service at SecretSales.com, the lovely Andrea assured me she would look into the mystery of the missing boots & come back to me..... & she kept her promise, in a polite, responsive & friendly manner. My expectation of having to moan & groan about my missing parcel, was quickly turned into a friendly chat and Andrea gave me the information I wanted, with expected timescales of the delayed delivery. If more companies took example from Secretsales.com, the world of Internet shopping would be a happier place!!

Awful, multiple times not even an order sent after long delay
This is a suspicious site. Don't expect that what you order actually arrives.
Ordered twice and had to investigate why nothing was ever sent long after promised delivery date.
Always had some dubious excuse for not delivering.
Don't use them. Not trustworthy!

The best find ever shopping site, every promise is delivered with quality goods exactly as described. I've bought items that I would not have been able to afford in the normal scheme of things. 2013 Best customer Service!! and Best Shopping Website !!..
My sister recently invited me to join Secret sales.. At first I wasn't convinced as I thought it was like any other website.. but within a few days I realised Secret Sales is A LOT more!!!.. And I say this as they put their costumers 1st!!.. they are very generous and within few hours I was addicted .. and following the sales and trends .. I also loved the variety of stuff they had.. and who doesn't appreciate designer goods at low price!! ..
and if that wasn't enough, they ALSO give you discount codes such as free delivery codes on your first buy ..
All I can do is thank my sister for introducing me and Secret Sales team for living up to the expectation..

Great Service from start to finish
I have made numerous purchases from Secretsales in recent months, the website is so fun and easy to navigate, there's always a great variety of brands available, far better than other discount sale sites. Items from the sales arrive well within the expected time and I get so excited when my package arrives. I've had to contact their customer service department on two occasions, their response was prompt and resolved any issues that I'd had. I am on the site almost every day looking to see what amazing items are either on sale or upcoming, a must visit.

Great website with cracking service
I have made numerous orders on Secretsales now and have found them to be fantastic. The products are varied and interesting, the prices are so much more affordable and the service is excellent. I'm becoming quite the addict! I recently bought a pair of boots that fell apart within a few weeks of having them. I contacted the customer service dept and was asked to send in some pics. I emailed off some pics and within a couple of hours I had a reply saying a full refund had been made. This kind of impeccable after sales service is so rarely found these days and definitely keeps me wanting to shop with them - which is good because i do that a lot!!! I have also made a few returns and that has been straight forward and easy too. Very happy customer :-)

Great Sales and A* customer Service
I have shopped with Secret sales .. a few times.. and the designer sale is really good.. and I like that they E-mail me to let me know what's on sale atm.. and what time the sales will start..
but what I think is even better is their customer service.. they are really friendly, helpful and get your
problem solved within very short time.. !!!... EXCELENT !!!..
I had a little problem recenlty and I e-mailed them late and next morning when I woke up.. they had already E-mailed me back and also solved my problem!.. I was really happy!!.. and pleased!..
and I will keep shopping with them as I'm Addicted to their brilliant sales and I know they treat their customers well.. and if I need any help I can always E-mail or call them up.. both methods are quick and easy..

Recurrent customer who has had no issues.
I have been using Secretsales.com for 3 years now and have never found the experience to be a bad one yet. Most of the time everything runs smoothly without a hitch. On occasion items have been delayed in the post but Secretsales.com have been helpful. Sometimes items have gone out of stock or there has been a problem with something I have ordered, Secretsales.com have always been quick to resolve or refund. I find their service to be exceptional and thorough. i can only emphasize the fact that this business knows it's customers and there needs! Happy

Great Value for designer labels
This is a site you can be guaranteed to recommend to your friends, it is so addicting that you have to look at it every day just to see what’s new and what bargains they have to offer, they have such a wide variety of items not only clothing but homeware and jewellery too.
If you feel the items are too cheap to be real, I can guarantee that all the items I have bought have been authentic; my recent purchase in The 24 Hour Luxury Watch Boutique, the prices were so good I landed up buying 2 Robert cavalla watches and saving over £1000.
The customer service people are excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk too.
They normally give a delivery date when you make your purchase, but I must saying they are spot on with their times if not earlier, always package as a item should be package and not over doing it like some other companies.
I could go on, but go look for yourself and grab some great bargains.

A truly fabulous experience
I've ordered 4 items from secretsales.com using 20% off voucher code. As two of the items were too big for me I decided to ask for replacement given they were ordered from the outlet section. One of the items wasn't available in a smaller size whereas the other was. I phone secret sales and spoke to Amit Sharma who was more than happy to help. He suggested that I place the order again and he honoured the 20% discount again although this voucher code has expired and also offered a free delivery. This amount was refunded immediately to my paypal account. He also offered free return labels for the items I'm due to return. What can I say, absolute delight to deal with. I will most definitely be back.

GENUINE ITEMS AT A FRACTION OF THE ORIGINAL PRICES
I would recommend you to look at Secret sales website as they sell branded and designer merchandise at a fraction of the retail cost.
I have purchased many items from them, my recent gold and silver Pandora charms are original and with secret sales you are guaranteed original merchandise.
I have dealt with their customer services; the agents are very knowledgeable and will help you with any queries or new orders.

Good discounts and efficient service - recommended
I've been using Secretsales for a few months now and have bought ten or so items from them. This has normally been trouble free and the goods have arrived much faster than their estimated delivery dates (though note they do have a longer lead time due to the nature of their sales). The referral credits have worked well and I have recommended them to a good number of people.
The only issue I had with them (wrong style of boots) was dealt with efficiently - email response a couple of hours after I raised it and a follow up call that evening with a returns label sent to me in the post
Overall I recommend them and look forward to seeing what other bargains I can pick up this year

Addictive!
Secret sales is a quick and easy site to use! I've been using it for the past few months now and not had any problems until the 4/2/13 where I was charged twice for an order. However, Andrea from customer service emailed me first thing the following morning and had the money back into my account by that night. I have full faith I secret sales! Not only do they have great items at an amazing prices, their customer service is fantastic too.

Best secret bargain site of all
I've been buying from them for few years now and they offer the best variety of bargains and prices of all the secret designer sale websites.
Top quality imagery, correspondence, products, discounts and brands.
The only down side is the delayed delivery, which in all honesty I'd expect, as it's not being shipped directly from them. Some sales offer 3-5 day delivery however.
If your happy to wait, your guaranteed a bargain.
