BEWARE BUYERS! I spent 45.00 pounds with them on the 2nd of May for a few items in the sale, The delivery was free because it was over 40.00 pounds. So I wait till the 6th of May and my parcel has not been sent out for delivery, I checked this on Select Fashion website. So then I sent them an email saying why haven't my items been dispatched yet? So they apologize and say they will send it out express delivery THAT DAY in the email which would be up to 1-2 working days. Its now the 9th of May, and I checked the website and my items have STILL NOT been dispatched. Its a complete joke, I've now sent them a second email saying if they don't send my items or give me a refund I'm going to Trade and Standards. This is the WORST company I've ever bought from. Not to mention they never pick up the customer service phone, and I've tried calling them like 5 times in the last 3 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF! WARN ALL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
No replies to email, no answering the phone, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I ordered some clothes and after reading reviews online, 3 days after I placed the order I emailed them asking them how long the standard delivery would take and they sent it express delivery so I got with within 5-6 days, I was very happy. However only one of the items were in a plastic bag, the rest just loose, the jeans I recieved were a different shade of pink to the picture on the website, the denim shirt had a yellow stain on the back and the two tops I ordered were not a flattering fit. I kept one plain white vest and have been hoping to have my 'return request' processed, however this has not happened and I am not waiting on the company to reply, meanwhile I'm stuck with faulty items and my money tied up in the company.
It's been at least 2 weeks no and no return! No response! Absolutely terrible service, I'm very unhappy.
After reading the reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I have been very disappointed and unfortunatly, after this, won't be ording with Select again.
I orded a few bits on the website and had it expressed delivery which came on time but when I got my parcel I wasn't very happy the way it was packed it was just shoved in!! Also I ordered a size 8 top and it looks like a size 16 with a size 8 tag will not be shopping online with them again!!!!
Placed an order and soon after decided to cancel but received no response after 5 days (they say they aim to respond within 1-2). Tried to call but never any answer, left voicemails and was never called back. Finally sent another email and got a response but they did not address my concerns at all - the item I wanted to cancel had arrived meaning I would lose the postage (which is unreasonably high!). Very inefficient service. What's more, the email was poorly written as if by a child! Never again
I paid for express delivery and its now been 11 days and my items haven't been dispatched!! I won't be shopping there ever again!!!!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!!AM SO ANGRY WITH THEM!!!! THIS IS FRAUD!!! SELECT YOU NEED TO FIX UP BECAUSE YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS. YOU DON'T PICK UP YOUR PHONES EITHER!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS??!!SO STUPID

I do quite a lot of shopping online and thought I'd try select (what a mistake that was) i ordered my items which stated they would be delivered in 3-5 days, I ordered on a sun so was expecting them to have arrived by the fri, 14 days on still nothing.
I logged into my select account which is saying my items are awaiting dispatch!!!!!!! After 14 days??? And still haven't recieved my tracking number. I have wrote complaint after complaint which I still haven't recieved replies to.
I gave customer services a call yesterday who said I quote "the men in deliveries are very busy and are working overtime" (yes shocking I know) I replied with nowhere on your website does it state about delays and if its that bad employ more staff!! They also said i would recieve my email with tracking number that day and i never did. My order was for a gift to my sister her birthday was 18th (I ordered on the 10th) in result of this I had to go and buy her other gifts. I have been robbed of my money from select and think its disgusting, I would advise ANYONE to stay well away from select especially online if you want to keep your money!! I will be doing anything in my power to make sure ALL my friends/family stay well clear off this horrible company!!!!
Ive ordered a couple of times Vía thier website,theyre clothes are brilliant prices and I have been happy with 90% of my purchases. A couple of things I would fault is thier customer service - you will need to ring a few times a day to try and get an answer from the as its very rare they answer the phone,and they do not reply to youre voicemails,also Standard delivery coyuld take up to a week,maybe more to arrive! So i suggest choosing express,which still takes around 3 days. Other than that they are a good company and I enjoy waiting for my orders to arrive!
In this day and age I am tired of companies like Select Fashion basically stealing customers hard earned money and hiding behind the "company policy" of "exchange or store credit only".
I purchased a green parka jacket from the Select Fashion Shop in the Glades Bromley for a gift, I had already purchased a parka type coat from Primark but thought the parka in Select Fashion looked a little better quality so decided to return the Primark coat (bad choice) and purchase the one from Select Fashion, anyway after actually mentioning to the assistant that I had purchased a coat similar but not as good quality in Primark and my plan was to return the item, at no time did she mention that there were no cash refunds only store credit or exchange's and the so called "exchange policy" was quite conveniently displayed on the cashiers desks not upright in front of the customer where they could quite clearly read it but on the desk where customers place their items to pay. I find this extremely shady and quite frankly dishonest. I would assume and I think the majority of person's would that as long as the garment is not worn, tags attached, receipts available and returned within two days of purchase (as a gift which was not appropriate) there is no reason why a cash refund would not be issued. I tried to find something to buy but could not find anything, I called customer service where I had to go through several reps and eventually a supervisor who then had to ask someone else if a refund could be issued under the circumstances of it being a gift and the shady positioning of the exchange policy as well as not being informed by the shop assistant but to no avail it could not be issued. I don't usually write reviews especially such disappointing one's such as this but I was so upset and quite frankly fed up with companies like Select Fashion finding any and every excuse to extort money from hard working customer's (with no hidden agenda just not the right style coat given as a gift) I felt obligated to do so.
The sad thing is after all this I will never shop at this store again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there as I feel the customer service is absolutely shocking and understand why whenever I have past this store it is practically empty.
This is why Primark is consistently packed because they know if you treat your customers with respect and don't rip them off they will come back time and time again.
Even though I wasted £35 on a coat I do not want or need they have lost a lot more in the long run a dis-satified customer who is writing a not so pleasant review, even if this prevent's only one hardworking person not to do business in this store after writing this review it was worth the £35, if everyone would stand up to these companies they would be forced to change their scamming company policies. "DO NOT SHOP AT THIS OR ANY SELECT FASHION SHOP!!!!!!
