Could do better!
I bought two wall mounted waterbutts. Delivery did not happen within the indicated timeframe so I chased on a Friday and was told 'delivery will be early next week'. Another 7 days passed and nothing had appeared so I emailed again. With no response to my email I telephoned and was told the supplier was very busy and they would chase. An email followed and delivery was indicated as the following Monday before 7pm. The waterbutts arrived Tuesday morning! The sales team were pleasant and I have no complaints about the individuals - just the process. I have no idea where the delivery holdup was but feel that better order/delivery tracking by Selections and proactive communication is essential for all internet businesses. So many now have this down to perfection

Excellent selection of classical CDs
Lots of classical CDs, not just the popular ones either. Good prices, usually prompt delivery, though sometimes an odd couple of items turn up a week later. I've been using them for years. Many bargains.

Couldn't recommend enough!
Ordered the mini fruit orchard and within a week they were with me! Not only this but trees are perfect, bare root and ready to go! Wouldn't be able to buy 4ft trees for the price I paid for 4. Thank you so much, first time I have used you, won't be the last.

Customer Care
No response or reply to an email I sent, which in these days I consider to be the poorest customer care. After sales is as important as pre-sales..... Goods and delivery were adequate but the antique planter, hanging baskets and bird-bath were all chipped and some had pieces crumpled away. Not worth returning because of postage costs.. Fast delivery and very reasonable cost
I ordered the tomato tower, and it arrived well withing the delivery time given. It was also much cheaper than the local garden centre, even when p&p was taken into account. I will definitely be using your site again!

I am very grateful to the Selections team for ensuring my order reached me on time at short notice. We needed lots of gardening gloves for a student wildflower planting project and the Selections staff were so helpful when I asked if the gloves could be delivered asap. We received our equipment in plenty of time for the first day of the project. The gloves were of high quality and were excellent value for money; I couldn't find good gloves at this price anywhere else.

Willow comes in different shapes and sizes...
I ordered a garden roller and also 3 lots of willow border edging for raised beds. One of the packs of willow was very different from the other two - fatter twigs and a different colour. Either would have been fine but they look a little silly next to each other! One of the hazards of internet shopping..

Nearly Full Marks!
Good price, easy to order online, prompt delivery. The only negative point was minor damage to the item in transit, but this has not prevented us from using it - the willow trellis panel will soon be covered in clematis so the damage will not be visible.

Good service
Good quick service, one of the growbags was torn but had been secured with courier tape so don't think there had been much loss of compost, otherwise everything was as ordered and will hopefully produce some good vegetables and potatoes this summer. Have used this company before and would recommend to others.

The item arrived well within the promised delivery time. Generally speaking the quality was excellent, however one of the items had some minor damage. Not enough to prevent it being used, but tat alone prevents me awarding top points.

Excellent Customer Service
Superb customer service - bought a couple of slot together raised beds from them via eBay, they were delivered really quickly. I then decided to order another four via eBay, despite the price having gone up £2 per unit, the quality and service more than made up for the price difference. A little later, I had a look through the handy catalogue they sent with the delivery note, and went online to their website where I saw the very same raised beds on sale for for less than I paid for the original two. I telephoned them up, and they immediately said they would refund the difference between what they were on the website for and what I had paid. Just excellent!

I have ordered goods several times and have always received good service and products. I would have rated you 5 stars but tmy last order arrived with a big tear in the packaging, probably down to city link but as they are the carriers used I deducted points.
