Great offers and variety of products
They have now got click and collect option which is great for customers who are living in London or coming to London. Products are costly as there is no discount or offers. Though you blindly trust because its "SELFRIDGES". Store staff and services are also great. The most important time, I find for shopping is Boxing day and loads of discounts and offers, make me go crazy. :D
I fully enjoy shopping in Selfridges and will continue to do in future.

Ordered vouchers for Christmas - not arrived by 3rd Jan
I ordered some vouchers as a Christmas present on 14th December. I paid for delivery by 20th December. On the 24th December I received an email stating that the order has been sent out - this meant that there was no chance of Christmas delivery. It's now 3rd Jan and it still hasn't been delivered. I rang up to get the tracking number and spoke to a very aggressive rude woman who offered no apology and refused to refund my postage. A very unimpressive experience.

Great store for Christmas shopping
Yes, Oxford Street can be a bit choked up, and yes, there are floors and floors of expensive clothing that most people will just igore, but the ground floor and basement floors are excellent places to find hard-to-get Christmas presents.
Go in the last week of November and there is usually a 20% or 10% discount week - you need to clip coupons to use in the store - find them on several sites.
The electrical department is a wonderful place to browse around and the assistants there are very helpful.
