Rubbish! Poor customer service and no delivery of goods
The website looks nice and cheap but in theory Semichem take your money and dont deliver the products.
The have no contact number or address. The dont respond to online complaints or Facebook complaints.
A company worth AVOIDING!!!

Took my monies but still no products and no reply to emails!
Absolutely awful company! Have tried to contact them so many times. They have no phone number and their form of contact by email is rubbish. They dont reply. Spend your monies elsewhere!

The price is not right
The ordering and delivery was very good, but, the cost was twice as much as the recommended retail price. I foolishly completed the order. Under these conditions I will not order this product again.

Really, really slow to deliver
Well I ordered some fake tan in June for an event taking place on 21st July and am STILL WAITING. Not good. Recieved an email saying they will not investigate until the delivery is 15 days late, will probably have to buy elsewhere and return the goods (if they ever arrive)

TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO GOODS !!
Made an order over 2 weeks ago,got an email on the 28th November saying it was sent out,now 2 weeks on, no good but money taken,I have in the last 5 days sent an email daily which has not been replied to,phoned all day everyday but just says all advisors are busy.
Very discusted with this company,which is a shame as it was recommended to me by a friend.
would never ever use again.
personally spend the extra few pounds else where and get some decent customer service that will reply to there customers.

its ok for some stuff
it is like the pound shop but some items are brand names and slightly cheaper so worth a look , they stock some pleasantly cheap perfumes if in a hurry for a last min gift! they arnet actually a chemist and dont do prescriptions but there is a couple of otc mild meds for sale.
